Throw on the money to Bauers, who drops it. Should be an error on Bauers. Ruled it a base hit. 1out yet. Happ up. Runners on the corners. Happ flies to Yelich. RBI. 2 outs. Hoerner up. Hoerner grounds out. Bauers catches the throw. Game over. Brewers win 10-5.
Perkins and Turang gotta be in GG consideration. Stache' has been an eye opener defensively as well.
Beating the Cubs has always been very satisfying, even more so now that Counsel has switched sides. Hoping for another win today to win the series.

Great series! Taking 3 of 4 from trader Craig's team. Cubs currently in 3rd place in the division, barely ahead of the Pirates for 4th place.
Had to leave to do some errands. Was very happy when I got home and saw that the Crew won. Seemed like a back and forth game towards the later innings but the Crew prevailed. Always makes me happy when disheartened cubs fans head to the exits early as they were doing in the 9th
Seemed like today's game had the most Cubs fans at it. Glad to send them home sad.
Did the Cubs think they may be at .500 or worse on June 1st after hiring Counsell? I very much doubt it. If they don't win the division either this year or next Counsell may well be gone. That never would have happened in Milwaukee. There are only 2 types of managers, those that have been fired and those that will be. Counsell is the 2nd type.
Great game today, actually a great series. It very could have been a sweep if Megill had not been drilled in the arm. But I am still very happy, actually overjoyed with 3 of 4. GO BREW CREW!!!!!!!!!!! KEEP IT UP GUYS!!!!! Bring on the loser Southsiders. Worst record in MLB!!!!
Cubs fans heading home after a loss to the Brewers in such a pissed off mood brings me joy. Now bring on the White Sox who are not very good this year, have to build on this momentum.
Great job taking 3 of 4 from the Cubs. I love thinking about Cubs fans driving home, grousing all the way until they can drown their sorrow in an Italian beef sammich. They talked so much shit in the offseason about how they stole Counsell away from us. They can choke on it!
No Woody or Miley, Hall, Ross and Ashby out, still no Devin Williams, Hoskins and Yeli each missing significant time, and we’re five games up in the Central, and have the seventh-best record and run differential in baseball. Ten games over .500.

We have three against the White Sox, who are 1-12 in their last 13. We cannot play down to the level of vastly inferior opponents like we often do. Taking two out of three is the must, and we should honestly sweep them. We face the Phillies in Philly next, and they’re 19-7 on the month.
