Clear as mud.

I understand both sides.  I thought tie it up. Others thought otherwise. Our D was playing pretty dang good and thoughts of another INT were floating in my mind.  You're damned if you do, damned if you don't.  How many pages can we really go on about it?

I may not be sure I'm not unconvinced either.  Either I am unsure I'm convinced or I'm not sure I am unsure.  50/50.

I need 9 or 10 more pages of the same arguments before I'd even consider the other side of the equation.

Ask  yourself this question:  "In what scenario DO you go for 2?"  Based on the arguments I've seen against so far, you should NEVER go for 2 for the win instead of 1 for the tie at the end of regulation with 0 seconds left on the clock.

Their offense moved the ball AT WILL the entire 2nd half.   I keep hearing the same thing, "Yeah, but we stopped a couple drives with interceptions".  Not only that, ours couldn't move the ball for our life the entire second half.  Our entire 2nd half offense was 2 hail mary's!!!

Guess what:  If your defense is playing GOOD, turnovers aren't your only hope.  When your defense is getting knocked around, turnovers ARE your only hope.

You're going to confidently choose overtime over going for 2 and the win because, "hey, I felt pretty good that we might get an interception while they're jamming the ball down our throats in overtime."

Great plan.
