2 seed may be more beneficial, so we's avoid SF till NFC title game.

If SF loses, they go to Philly next week. If SF wins, Seattle goes to Philly.

1 seed plays lowest remaining seed...if we are 1 seed we are likely getting winner of SF/Philly.

Here's the deal...If GB gets the #1 seed, they would play Minny IF the beat Sea in rd 1. if Sea won that game, then the Packers would play the winner of SF/Phi.

If they get the #2 seed...they would play NO(if they beat Minny), if Minny beat NO, they would play the winner of Sea/Phi

What if they tie tonight?

Re-thinking the seeding thing... it might just be best to have SF as the #1 overall seed.  GB would avoid them until the NFCCG if they both make it.

I'd much rather play NO in the 2nd round at GB than SF.

They controlled what they could control and get the BYE. Can't control what Seattle or SF does...

But I do agree that if either of those teams would struggle with the elements more it's probably NO. That said, either NO or SF will be very difficult matchups.
