I've made the crock pot reuben dip, BIG HIT!!!

I'm not sure what I am making this sunday, might make jalapeno bacon wrapped shrimp.... I will have pigs n a blanket, have been doing that for the last 5 games, so can't stop now!!!! Also, will be finishing up my moonshine!
Doing a test batch of Baby Backs. Would hate to find out they're tough tomorrow. Also doing quality control on M&M's and Labatt's Blue. No Born on Dates on either and you can never be too careful.
Belgium Quadruple I made. Little bit too sweet still and not much carbonation.

It's been in the bottle almost 1 year. Still needs more bottle conditioning. Hope it turns out at some point.
Going to stuff a turkey. Basically going to recreate thanksgiving, right down to the lime green jello!

Surly benders are already chilling and a coppola claret waiting to be opened to celebrate the win.
I'm planning on eating throughout the day to make sure there is always a good base, I don't think eating will be a priority during the game. The beers will be flowing. I didn't watch the last 2 at home but will be at home this time so I can watch every play. I just love this team. They can beat anyone they want to.
Super Bowl Chili, There is no recipe, just shake and taste. Smiler
Deep fried blue gill fillets fresh caught this winter
Deviled eggs
Beer bread
Various veggies w/ dips
Pretzel nibs

Drinks:

Packer Backers Lime vodak and orange juice
Windsor and sour
Beers
Vodka slush
Ultra thin crust pizza with peppers and onions @ TJ's.

Had one every week starting with the Giants game (with the exception of the NFCCG where my group went to another establishment due to a radio station party with a $10 cover charge).
Doing the ESPN Chicken Wings. Bob Valvano special. Half naked, and half with traditional sauce (not the crap on the website). Blue cheese sauce. Sort of a guilty pleasure, but really tasty and not just your ordinary wing.
I'll make a sourdough deep dish pizza. I have 6 different sourdough cultures that i use for different applications, and the Ischia culture from Italy makes the best pizza dough I've ever eaten. I make a sort of deep dish Tuscan pizza for Super Bowls, with no sauce, just sliced Roma tomatoes, italian suasage, aged mozzarella, fresh grated parmesan, fresh ground black pepper, and sliced orange, yellow, and red bells. Little bit of red wine vinegar sprinkled on top as it's served. It's tough to time a sourdough rise, but I'll aim for some time between 5 and 5:30. Once the game starts, I won't want to be eating.
5 pounds of tri-tip is marinating with Boris' secret recipe.

Will be BBQ'ing it up in about 4 hours or so.

Meanwhile....Coffee, Belgium beer aged in oak barrels, Tequila. I'm drinking it all today.
Nothing fancy here. Just having the brother-in-law join us.

Hot beef served on homemade wheat buns.
Some sort of broccoli/cauliflower casserole with cheese.
Maybe homemade macaroni and cheese depending on my ambition.
Homemade brownies for dessert.

The usual taco chips and guacamole/black bean salsa for snacking.

Amber O'Douls but I do have a little Wollersheim Blushing Rose I need to finish.

I'll be there just before kickoff.

Thanks for grilling today, but what are you going to eat?
