Before schemes, plans, or anything else, there comes a time when guys just have to play football. Basic concepts of every play are still the same as they were 100 years ago, and they'll be the same 100 years from now.
Naturally, teams have to practice plays to become proficient at them, but I'm not buying that we can't run certain plays because they weren't "installed" during OTAs/TC. Some of those plays diagrammed on the preceding pages are as simple as they can get, and any team should be able to run them.

Blocking, tackling, running, catching. Same as it ever was.
