I'm in favor of trading for CB depth. One that can actually play in Pettine's system.
I'm not saying the kid is a bust or anything but when you already hear, "Maybe he should play safety" it's time to think Micah Hyde. If I'm Sgt. Gurtz, I keep my head on swivel for an equally talented kid while Jackson's draft position shine is still on him.
The guy played 1 year in college and we are 1 game into his 2nd season. A little early to be hitting the eject button.
I just don't like the safety talk. He was drafted to be a CB, I hope he can live up to it.
He will either earn some snaps at CB or have them forced on him when the inevitable injuries happen. Should have a pretty good idea by Nov/Dec.
Good to see the JJ excuse-o-meter is still working.
Just swapping out the old (Josh Jones) for the new. 
Keep and add to CB depth. Tramon isn't getting any younger, King keeps getting banged up, etc. Now, if Jackson can be a better safety than CB, make him one. You can never have too many good DBs.
