Friggin' Cowher.
2 weeks ago, he was talking all kinds of shit about the Colts hiring Saturday.
Today, he was praising the move.
I'd love to see Saturday do this in front of Cowher during their pre-game show:
It's called retirement and do what you please.

Had some weekend free time open up in January.
The Hawkeyes aren't going to a New Year's Day bowl?

Assuming they beat the mighty Cornhuskers on Black Friday they will be trotted out again this year as a sacrifice to Ohio State or Meechigan in the B1G slaughter... I mean Championship Game.
I saw on Si somebody had them slated to play Tennessee in the Citrus Bowl on Jan. 2. Got any predictions on the final score of that game PackerHawk?

Tennessee may look a lot different with Hendon Hooker gone for the year. Not that any team in the Big 10 West is going to beat them, but it might not be the 63-10 sort of beatdown you would have predicted with Hooker in there.

Nope. It's impossible to predict an Iowa game since the defense dictates their points scored more than the offense. But they would probably need the defense to score or set up the offense inside the 5 yard line multiple times to even hope for a close(ish) game.

I watched the Tn/SC game with my buddy, a huge Vols fan. I have never seen a secondary so averse to contact as Tennessee's. A B1G runner like Mo Ibrahim, Chase Brown or Braelon Allen might go for 400 yds against them.
