Interesting news…

Relatively significant quarterback news out of Cleveland: Backup Dorian Thompson-Robinson has been informed he's made the final roster, per Cleveland.com, and as a result, the Browns are fielding trade inquiries for both Jameis Winston and Tyler Huntley behind Deshaun Watson. Both Winston and Huntley just joined the team this offseason as veteran insurance

That dude has already stolen $75 M from the league...can't believe somebody is gonna give him another shot

Even the Chefs swing and miss on top prospects. I remember "people" being miffed the Packers didn't draft Irv Smiff...

Irv Smith was supposed to be the next best thing for Minnesota when they drafted him in the second round (#50) in 2019. He lasted four years, and if I recall, wanted far more money than he was worth. Made a couple of splashy plays once in a great while. Then he was off to Cincy, then KC, and now to the used-car lot.

Agree. Gutey was probably thinking if Willis was cut that someone else would claim him before GB. A seventh is low cost if he develops into a good backup at least.

PLUS, they can still develop Pratt on the PS.

Irv's Used Vaults and Stones has a nice ring to it!

Seems like half the roster from three years ago!

Tonyan is an interesting cut in that just a couple days ago many writers had him very high on the MN roster, especially with Hockenson out for the first four games. It's a bummer for him that he never returned to form after the knee injury.

He'll be a Jet soon...

Remember how in years past we used to watch the cuts and PS signings and none of GB's cuts would get snapped up and we'd all say, "Yeah, this roster isn't as good as we think it is"? And then we'd all want this team's reject signed, and that guy, and that guy? Yeah, those days, for this year at least, are over. Now we're hoping the GB guys come back and watching GB guys get signed by other teams.

Whiners just got played...there is a reason Aiyuk has been solid in their system...IT'S THE SYSTEM!!! The same system the Packers run and seemingly have a WR Draft Horseshoe up their ass.

@RapSheet:  The #49ers are not trading star WR Brandon Aiyuk — he’s staying in SF with a massive extension, per me and @MikeGarafolo.

Aiyuk is getting a front-loaded 4-year deal worth $120M — done by @RyanWilliamsA1 of @AthletesFirst. And yes, Aiyuk will now practice.

Thank God!
