WR Jake Kumerow (ankle) has no injury designation and is set to play in his first game since Week 3 against his former team.

Kumerow would be at least WR#2 if he joined the Packers tomorrow.

More great stuff from Wahle. 40 years ago Bob Knight & Pete Newell (won a NCAA & Olympic title) said that coaching philosophies fall into two categories ; 1) Simplicity & execution or 2) Surprise & Change. Obviously in today's NFL there has to be a combination of both. I always thought that MM drifted too far to the "simplicity & execution side ("pad level") and failed to adjust when he didn't have players who could just win with fundamentals & technique. However, Wahle , who has been seen a lot coaching styles as a player and a coach, seems to be insinuating that the Packers now are too far to the "surprise & change" side ... namely, too concerned with scheme rather than fundamentals & technique. He believes that this is what AR is telling MFL, and Wahle agrees with AR.

"Now, "Number 1" receiver Lazard is unlikely to play and we know Cobb is out. Top draft pick Watson will probably miss this one as well."

Maybe, finally, ARod will give the ball to Jones and Dillon, so they can run the damn ball!

Run behind TOM !!

I just remember when the Packers won the SB with Bert Favor, dang near every game they had at least 30 points.  Wasn’t that way with #12, but Bert???  The pack crushed the teams they played.   The Packers now?? Lucky they get 14 points.
