Credit where it's due. Great play call and execution. Hawks are never an easy out. But in 2020 no one is. Oddly, pressure on the Pack in this case is probably a good thing. Earn the bye if you want it, it's right in front of you.
I remember when the Pack went up against Josh Allen and the Bills a couple years ago. Allen was awful and looked like a bit of a reach for a QB drafted as high as he was.
Watching him now..... what a difference. He legitimately looks like he’ll be a very good and maybe even great QB for a long time. What a fantastic turnaround he’s made in just a couple years.
He looks like a more athletic Terry Bradshaw, he’s got some incredible upside.
He started looking like that late last season and into the playoffs. Still made some bad mistakes but the talent was loud and clear.
Is a punting team required to give a fair catch 2 yards cushion? Or did i miss a rule change?
Liked Allen more than Darnold or Rosen coming out of college but he was definitely a raw player. Big time boom or bust pick. Bills hit the jackpot.
Big credit to their staff for developing him. Not every team has that ability.
This where I think a lot of teams fail with young QB's. Either the Head coach has to be good with QB's or you need to hire a good QB coach.
