The Seahawks should seriously have about 2 wins but hey, you are what you're record says you are. Give DangeRuss credit for dropping a couple of passes in the bucket ala Aaron Rodgers -- fun game on SNF. Cardinals definitely deserved to win but they sure tried to screw it up there.

Cardinals have inside track on division title already beat SF & now Seattle.

Onward & upward. Beat the friggin purple pukes next week.

Home field absolutely matters especially if it’s a warm weather team like the Cards or Bucs or Niners or Rams.  It’s not just the cold and wind it’s the field conditions.  The not so frozen tundra can be slippery in spots and you can’t simulate that ahead of time.

The next 2 weeks will be very important in the grand scheme of things.   You know the Vikings would love nothing better than beat the Packers in GB.   Then they have a short turnaround and have to go to SF which won’t be easy.   That being said- you win the next 2 and it puts the Packers at 7-1 and 5-1 within the NFC.

Well sure.  Talent and coaching will overcome a lot of issues including weather and field conditions.

Still, you think anyone wants to come to GB in January?   It’s absolutely an advantage for the Packers and Bears for that matter.

No different than a team having to travel to Tampa or Miami early in the season when it’s hot and humid.

No, I don't think teams like SF and TB care where they have to play if they're playing in January.  Heat kills a lot more than cold.  Unless it's below zero at game time, which isn't a given anymore for GB in January.  Besides that, AR seems to be just as effective in opposing stadiums this year as he is at home.

One outlying factor that could come into play is whether MLF wants the offense to evolve toward more power running later in the season.  Is that the long view he has for Dillon and his blocking receivers?  That kind of feature would surely benefit from a natural outdoor surface.  See TEN/Henry.
