Crew sucks at home so far. Got to change that stat around.
Scooter broke his belt on that diving play----way to take one for the team.
To most.
But they have lost 5 games.
They need to get that fixed.
I just need to accept that this team will run into a lot of outs. I don't like it, but I guess aggressive will be the way they do business.
Scooter was fast on his triple. Not Gomez fast, he couldn't take a moment to admire it.
4 days in a row for Krod, be nice to have a big lead tomorrow.
Not sure I agree with the ranking. Cubs are a little too high on the list.
If they sweep the home stand, for the 2nd time this season they will have a chance for 10 in a row but have to face the Cards to do it again. crazy.

I hate it.. Tonight wasn't being over aggressive though. I think they had the delayed double steal on and Segura hesitated causing him to get caught in no mans land. If he goes right away, they never apply the tag at 2nd.
It was the 8th and RR had already tried the safety squeeze twice. He seemed desperate to get one more on the board.
catcher dropped the ball, that is what prompted the steal. Just bad baserunning by Jean.
Enough already with the safety squeeze.
I'm not a RR fan, but I have to give him credit for how he has handled the pen this year. I was shocked to see him be proactive and replace Henderson as closer before he even blew one save. He developed a trust in Thornburg early as well.
Finally having a decent lefty makes things easier.
TH chat...
- Q: Kevin Finnerty, Combined Locks, WI - Do you know if Telly Hughes will be back doing dugout reporting once Bucks sesaon is over or is Sophia taking his spot all season? Is Brian Anderson doing TBS games at all? Thanks for the great work.
- A: Tom Haudricourt - It is my understanding that Telly will be rejoining the Brewers broadcasts when the Bucks are done. And just think of all the unused victories he will be bringing with him! I do believe BA will be off calling NBA playoffs later this week, so we'll be seeing Matt Lepay joining Bill Schroeder as previously announced.
2nd and 3rd no outs in the 2nd and cant get anything across
then leave the bases loaded in the 3rd
lets sweep these fools
Scoooooooooter!
Wow. Was Segura a one year wonder?
Calling my shot on Weeks here.
A.J. Weeks sucks
Alas.
Wow. Was Segura a one year wonder?
guy is young as hell. Still making contact. He'll be fine. Threat on the base path too.
Mark Reynolds......Gold Glove.
pen has been really good, but they are doing a lot of work
The Brewers are going to face some tough roster decisions soon. This is partially because of the extra inning games they've had recently. Right now, they are essentially playing with 23 players (actually 22 during Maldonado's suspension).
Rickie Weeks is 3-25 with a .314 OPS with one walk. He's not someone you want to use as defensive replacement and he's literally done nothing as a pinch hitter (he's 3-17 with one walk when he starts and 0-8 as a pinch hitter with strikeouts his last 4 times in that role). He also has had one sacrifice bunt since 2008. If he's not going to start, is a sub-par defensive player, and he can't pinch hit, what is his role? If he wasn't making 11 million, he wouldn't be in Milwaukee. He may be a great locker room guy, but even a guy like Craig Counsell in his last year had a role because he could at least bunt and play defense.
The other problem is Wang. It's obvious they don't trust him in a close game. It's OK to carry a guy to keep him for the future if you're in rebuilding mode, but a contending team can't give away a roster spot (especially with Weeks giving you nothing from another spot).
Jean Segura......power hitter!
K-Lo, dealing through 6 now.
Really really like this team and this roll.
Tavis, IMO...Scooter should be the everyday 2B, regardless of LH or RH. Like his grit and range in the field. His bat is coming around. Ricky is now a very expensive pinch runner.
Rickie ain't started but a game or two. Pretty clear Scooter is the man.
Some team will get desperate and make a trade for Weeks. The Brewers will have to send a boat load of cash along with him but they will have to do it. They will need a better player for depth if they want to stay in contention in the NL Central.
From what I've been able to see between the stuttering, freezes, pixelation, and skipping around from the MLB.tv app, the Brewers are looking pretty good.
They've needed to get their offense going at home, averaging slightly over 2.5 runs per game coming into today. This is a step in the right direction. Segura with a three run jack, and Krush Davis with his second homer of the season is really, really good to see. I'm hoping this is the game that really gets both of them on track.
Thornburg and K Rod are looking simply incredible.
16-6. Pretty darned good!!!! Big difference when our team is healthy!
yeah the mlb.tv app has been frustrating. Iwas wondering if all the freezing and stuttering was my internet connection but my pron is streaming just fine
also the app works nice on my pc browser but I get a total different experience on my 2 new LG tvs (different models) One of them says I am not authorized to view the content
oh well, yeah its nice being 10 up and welcoming the scrubs in. Surprised we lost YoGa's start of all of them but keep taking series is the name of the game.
