..because it’s (Schadenfreude) football

…because maybe the Lions are really the Lions

…because The Fartist Formerly Known as El Ka Bong is too busy with laundry tonight, to watch.

The Packers' underwear:

75-year-old Fred, who is hard of hearing, is sitting in his doctor's office with his wife after just having had his physical.  His doctor says "everything looks good, I just need a stool sample, urine sample and semen sample."  Fred can't quite hear him and says "huh"?  Doc asks again and gets same reply. Doc asks a third time and Fred still can't hear him. His exasperated wife finally shouts to him, "for God's sake, Fred. Just give him your underwear!"

Despite missing 2 1/2 games Jimmy G. still maintains a tie for most interceptions in the league. I’m thinking he takes back sole possession after tonight.

You called it Skully. Horrible pass attempt to adams in double coverage

OMGAWD……there’s that damn Crosby who just killed the Packers……right??  Damn.  Now the Raiders gotta win.  AND DAMN THE LIONS ARE A TEAM TO BE RECKONED  WITH.  🤬 🤬 🤬  but I can root for the Lions……fawk the queens, and sorry kerk is going to miss the season.  Now are the Lions on par with the Eagles??

Your question... I think the Lions are a good team.  On par with the Eagles?  I don't think so.  But I preface that with the absolute fact that I'm just another random dipshit football fanboy.  So there's that.

The Raiders are a terrible team, but they are still better than Green Bay.

When Mrs.Keil asked me how the game was , that was my exact quote. Are you in my pantry?

GB drafted the wrong St. Brown.  Jesus fuck.

The Pack desperately needed a slot WR heading into the 2021 draft.

In round 3, Gutey traded up (giving up his 4th round pick) to select ... get ready for it ... Amari Rodgers.

Detroit then selected Amon-Ra in round 4.

The Amari over Amon-Ra move was right up there with Gutey taking Josh Myers 1 pick before Creed Humphrey (also in 2021) and Jace Sternberger 1 pick before Terry McLaurin (in 2019).

Thanks for the rest of the story, Goldie Harvey.

What are these Loin helmets?

The helmets are pretty sweet but they are done no favors by the dirty water long underwear uniforms.  Are they a form of camouflage? When they huddle up they look like a mud puddle.

Jimmy G. 32 QB rating, 80 yards passing, 1 int sacked 5 times.

Jordan Love is feeling a bit better tonight

I wonder what Adams thinks about the Raiders running off Carr and ending up with Jimmy G.? We know that's not what he signed up for. He might force his way out again.

When a guy like 17 is being wasted in such an offense, it's cheating all fans. An all world at his position, probably at the tail end of his prime, and he's just languishing on that team. And worse, not being able to contribute. I'm pissed FOR him after that game tonight. While I don't hold it against him for leaving GB, it should also be a cautionary tale about walking away from the mind meld he had with AR. You can't just dial that up on a whim.
