Monroe played the game of his life with 16 points and 16 boards and 6 assists.
Pretty interesting they blew out Indy with Teletovic and Delly scoring 8 points combined.
I like what Snell brings to the table and Brogdon continues to give them decent minutes.
Teams have to know by now that they need to play physical with Giannis. It isn't going to stop him, but it'll mentally change his approach enough to force some turnovers, which he has his share of.
Parker wasn't assertive the first few games. Tentative, forcing drives when guys were just backing off and then help would come at the rim. But he's coming around, and now he's playing with a ton more confidence. If it continues, it's what I envisioned when I said 48 wins.
And Monroe is playing well. When he gives effort on the D end and cleans the glass, he really can be useful. But he was also not up against a guy that he couldn't match up with, too. He can bang with Jefferson, and he can with Turner too.
Maker's vying for playing time. Energy, activity, and shooting. He seems to "get it", and seized a moment last night.
Theyre coming around. As McCarthy would say- need to stack successes. Winnable games coming up. Gotta keep coming...
They have the talent even without Middleton to be a playoff team and if the younger guys like Brogdon and Vaughn and Maker step up this could be a dangerous team come end of the year when Middleton is projected to return
It was the Teletovic show in the first half- 5-5 on 3s, and the Bucks do to Sacto what they did to Indiana. A first half blitzkrieg of 3s and controlled the rest of the way.
Keep hammering the bad teams... playing great team all right now.
Sacramento is not a good team but the Bucks drilled them which they should at home.
I think it also shows you what having a guy like Teletovic can do for you. In reality, all he has to do is shoot and make 3s. This was his first game so far where he shot lights out so you know what he's capable of doing.
Delladova isn't a high volume shooter but he's pretty decent from beyond the arc too. He won't fill up the stat sheet but he's really important to this team as he does everything well.
Just need to keep it going.
Bad loss... 27 turnovers and 33% shooting (6/29 from 3?????????) torpedoes the winning streak. Mavs not much better shooting, but almost half the turnovers. Hell, the Bucks out-rebounded them!
They had the ball in their hands at end of regulation and couldn't convert. Dallas was really desperate.

They didn't make any "runs" in the early 2000s. They had one season- they made "a" run. They got bounced in the first round every other year.

Bucks have to be one of the most curious teams in the league. They've lost several games to terrible teams and then basically play GS down to the wire and could have won.

They should be able to get something for Monroe at the trade deadline, even if it's a second round pick. Even better, an end of the rotation guy that can shoot 3s.
Bucks dropped a hammer on Cleveland at the BMO BC. Wow! Pulled away with a big 3rd quarter run and never let up. Giannis with a monster night- made a strong statement tonight!
Couldn't believe it when I tuned in. Gianni's had 34 with Lebron usually guarding him. Beasley is turning into a nice pickup- guy can score and he looks willing to play defense too.
4 in a row and 5 out of 6. The Nets are not good but you need to beat these teams.

Dellavadova has elevated his play of late. He's been fantastic on D, and yesterday put in a yeoman's effort with 18 points.

I know it's a step in the process, but winning teams that get a wide open look at the end of the game make them. They had it. They did everything right- penetrate, kick, extra pass, wide the f open... that is exactly how you draw it up. He rushed it, and that's why it wasn't close.
This one got away. Doesn't get any easier...
