With this offense the dagger was the first TD Arizona scored.
The only way this defense could be considered "good" it relatively compared to this offense.
80 yard, 51 seconds. On pace to allow 500 yards and 34 points...
Should have been 10-3 at worst going into halftime after that INT. And they found a way to make it 17-0. Just horrible football.
Not sure why Hayward didn't make a play on that ball. He should have picked it off.

92 yards total offense.
Was thinking GB might score in the low 20s. At this rate they may by hit double digits
can't turn the ball over in the EZ - that was a huge debacle
Rodgers has to get his **** together. The receivers and OLine have struggled this year, but this game is on him so far.
Down 17-0, maybe time to try the lateral thing instead of kneel down?
Defense isn't playing well and the offense is twice as bad. At least special teams is clicking.
Another half with less than 100 yards of offense?
Rodgers is a huge part of this team's problem. I'm sick of the way he throws tantrums and is so eager to blame everyone else.
The offensive has been terrible but At least the D is consistent
good QB, give up 400+ yards passing
Why am I not so upset?
OL can't block, WRs can't get open, so let's blame Rodgers
brilliant
Yardage 260-70.
Barclay is no longer an NFL player. That is all

Yep.
Whole buncha erections today.
good point Esox
should be pissed off but that requires too much energy
AZ is just a much better team period
I know the Packers receivers struggle to get off of press coverage........Ok. They suck. But what bothers me about AR of late is that he'll hold on to the ball and risk a sack rather than throw it deep and see if the WR can make a play. But he's put it up for grabs with FG beckoning two straight weeks instead of throwing it away.
We were losing at Detroit by the same score at the half. But we didn't have Barclay
Sucks how predictable this outcome was. You have the abysmal offense with a goose egg in the 1st half and you have the Dom Defense getting gashed all over the field by a quality QB. Par for the course for that unit over the years
If only they could face Joe Webb, Matt Cassel, and other scrub QB's in the postseason
MichiganPacker2 posted:antiworst posted:I'm as big of fan of Rodgers as anybody. But when you're a leader, and you SHOW your frustration after a WIN, and on the field, it has to rub off on the rest of the team.
They need someone to lead them on the field. And Rodgers' body language tells the team they have no chance. Yeah, his receivers suck, his OLine sucks, but he's not helping matters much.
So, a leader is supposed to pretend that things are going well when anyone with a pair of eyes can that they aren't?
The offense needs to try something different. It's clear that what they are trying to do is not working. It hasn't worked against at least half a dozen teams.
Other than a fake punt, what have they tried that's new? It's the same stuff that doesn't work.
Never mind, you're right. Pouting is the way to go.
One word sums this football team up PATHETIC. This team does not deserve to be in the playoffs.
This is pathetic but don't indict the entire organization and the way it's run. Just a bad season.
I think the most frustrating part is that there's so much talent potential on this team yet they look like ****. Just a weird ****ing season.
Teddy Bilgewater and the Viqueens only lost by 3 to this team. I'm sorry, I'm not going to give the Packers a pass for taking a giant **** in this game. It's not over yet, obviously, but I can't say I like their chances in the second half. I just wanted to see the Packers look competitive today, and it's really looking bad.
I thought I read that mike said he had a good plan for this week

Because you have a bit of perspective?
Also, this really isn't all that surprising. Offense has been sub-mediocre since week 6, and the defense, while looking pretty good at times, tends to get exposed while playing against above average QBs.
You can't hang this on the defense. They are facing arguably the best offense in the league. Couple of sacks, an INT, gave the offense the ball a couple of times in good or great position to do something.
Drops, penalties, bad throws, bad decisions killing the team on that side of the ball.

I wonder how much we could get for ARod....
Not suggesting it, but if he's pissed enough to sulk I'd like to know the options.
"It's not the WR, it's AR. It's not AR, it's the OL. It's not the OL, it's MM. It's not the DL, it's the LB. Its not the LB, it's Capers."
no, it's the team. This is simply not a talented team. They've been absolutely routed by every legitimate contender. There isn't a single redeemable aspect of this team.
Are we seriously talking about trading Rodgers?
Get him some WRs that can get open occasionally, and he'll probably be a lot less salty.
Arizona was going to put up points and get big yardage plays. They're that good. And Capers D struggles against good QBs.
But the O struggles haven't changed. Probably the most frustrating thing is that MM does the SAME stuff - very short yardage routes, mostly stuff to the flats, pass-pass-pass with empty backfield, etc. Nothing down the seams, no screens, no/little play action. And the execution has been horrible once again (drops, penalties). Don't know what you can do at this point.
We are right in front of the end zone where Rodgers through the pick. He had a better option to his left, just like earlier in the game he had Adams open over the middle before he pulled it down and took a sack. It's his accuracy AND his decision making.

2 minutes ago you posted that this team had a lot of talent, which is it?

Yeah, that's it.
It has to be! I mean, Venus is in his third house over Saturn following a full Moons Over Miami for breakfast! He should be money tonight according to his chart!

Talent potential.
I think guys like Adams, Janis, Randall, Rollin, Clinton-Dix have a lot of potential and it's just not being met.
Hell even guys like Rodgers, Cobb and Lacey aren't even fulfilling their potential.

I'm not hanging it on the defense. Thsi entire team is broken this season. The defense is just doing what it usually does vs playoff opponents, but this season we can now add the offense being a complete trainwreck to the fold. Pretty amazing they have 10 wins despite their obvious handicap
What I don't like the most out of this season is just how poor the coaching staff looks in all of this. It's painful how inept this receiving group is at trying to create separation, but it's equally painful to watch them continue to try and do the same crap despite the disastrous results. Poor weapons or not, the passing game shouldn't struggle this mightily when you have Aaron freakin Rodgers as your QB. You're seeing backup QB's starting for teams and their passing game looks leaps and bounds better than GB
They continue to live outside the numbers for whatever reason and still try to go deep when they don't have the horses for it. It all results in Rodgers holding onto the ball forever and taking a sack. They continue to run those pick plays for RichRod in the flat that at best is a 3 yard gain.
OL is getting flagged a ton for holding and Barclay has been a disaster at LT to the surprise of nobody....yet we haven't seen a single screen pass, we've only seen maybe a handful of plays over the middle of the field.
