Grand total of three first half points from the Packer offense. Tells you all you need to know.
It's half scheme and half Rodgers looking human.
They showed Smith running Cobbs route, literally cutting before him. Then #12 isn't deadly accurate and we get this shot show.
For fairly decent weather, that was a sh!tty half of football. I don't mind defensive games, but this is a lack of offense.
MichiganPacker2 posted:What pathetic clock management by Minnesota. At worst, they should have tried a hail Mary.
Two words. Pondwater.
We get the ball first.
Drive down, get 7, let the D play.
As I said earlier, this is a brawlers game. Show just as much as you need to win. It's already obvious the queens don't like playing our D and have maybe a play or 2 to beat it. We have adjusted.
Batten down the hatches and LET'S GO PACK!!
If they Vikings weren't going to try and get into fg range there they should have let clock run down to 3 seconds and thrown a Hail Mary.
Last 2 weeks the Packers have 3 combined first half points. This is the 3rd time in the last 5 games they've failed to score a TD in the first half.
I believe they have 17 points their last 8 quarters

VIKINGS 6, PACKERS 3 (Halftime): The Packers converted just 1-of-6 third downs in the first half and totaled just 107 yards of offense.
It is looking like the only way GB and MINN are not one and done in the playoffs is if they play each other next week.

That seems about where they should be at, unfortunately.

$10 million a year for this. I hated seeing him get that much when Nelson was healthy, I really hate it now.

I can't stand that Drama Queen Bobbi
0 snaps for Abby in the 1st half. Lots of 2TE.
2+ months of the same crap but MAYBE next week the players will beat man coverage. Just gotta keep wishing and hoping, or at least that's what the coaching staff has been doing with this offense I guess. Maybe they'll hit RichRod on those out routes so often that one time he may actually get past the defender and rumble for more than 2 yards. Just keep doing it
In a season filled with disappointments on offense, none has been bigger than Cobb. Disappearing again tonight.
Give 'er ! ! !
#Packers RB Eddie Lacy had seven carries for 28 yards on the opening drive, carried the ball once the rest of the half.
The Vikes know the routes on top of lacking athletes. Our best chance is to go back to the ground game and just out muscle them
Lacy hurtin'?
Peterson has 30 yards on 11 carries. Definitely happy about that, but he's going to make some plays in the second half unless this sorry offense starts getting some first downs.
That may be true Titm... but looked like he was hurt again with those ribs on the sideline.
Either way, these boys have to find the way to get it going.
I have faith that they can. This game is not done.

Disagree, Iron. Rodgers makes that throw in his sleep. Except this year obviously.
Jones had 5 yards on the defender. A good throw in stride is an easy TD.
I never would have thought Cobb would be this bad. Couple the with just a little beast here and there, no wonder our O sucks! I am convinced the D will need to score to win this game. Well...almost.
Go Janis!
There is no way to see how this team can make it to the Super Bowl, in-fact they are more likely to be whipped out of the playoffs in embarrassing fashion. I have zero confidence this team can catch any sort of momentum ride at this point. Let's just hope we get some o-line help in the offseason and some of the expectations with the young receivers comes to be next season. I'm glad #18 is still with the team.
Difference in the game so far is special teams.. Fake punt led to 3 and short field led to 3.
Datone Jones has a neck injury and is questionable.

The Packers best offense looks like Woody Hayes' OSU teams circa 1975.

Except not as good.
oh god yes for the flag! Should have been PI too.
Can't Adams even block?
WTF Ginger!!!
What's that now, 3 completed passes on 3rd down where they didn't get a first?
ygbsm Masthay
Inept
Bad block from Adams on the WR screen, then a chit punt from Masthay.
ugh
INept drive followed by a shank, way to adjust at halftime.
