I thought it was a TD.  But you have to recover that fumble earlier and get a pick on this last drive.  And I'm not ruling out a comeback.   The D has to play better when we need them to and the O has to score on the opening drive of the half.

The Packers are likely to put up 24 points in the second half. The problem is so are the Falcons.

It was a TD.

But whst we're seeing is what it looks like when you have street FAs in primary positions in the secondary. None of them were supposed to be out there. You can't win like that.

But that's a half. There is another half to play, and this game is funny. One play can shift it. The problem is whether there is a player on the defense to make it. 3 dropped interceptions and a fumble that was in Ryan's hands. A missed FG and a fumble. Make plays that are there for you and it's a totally different ballgame.

Need to get the the 15th round to have a puncher's chance...

It's unfortunate to see the run end like this, but Ryan is no joke and all the hype and coverage this week has been about Rodgers and the Packers.  Ryan has a huge chip on his shoulder, this is the Georgia Dome's last game, and Ryan is the MVP.

They spent all week planning to embarrass Dom's D and stay out of the limelight.  Their focus is paying off.

While the team has wet the bed with a few errors, the ass-kicking is happening because they are thoroughly and utterly decimated injury-wise on defense.

Shyt happens.

This.  Just too many injuries.

There's still 30 minutes.  We get the ball first.  We WILL score.

Now can we cobble together enough guys and a plan to get a few stops to get back into this?  Not sure, but I am not giving up!!!

We forced Ryan out of the pocket, We played well with all the injuries and no run game, a lot of youngsters. We will learn and grow better from this game.

Save that for the next 2 years if TT and DC remain in GB. We've been saying this for the past 3 years as well.

Capers needs to go, that's clear.

There is arguably no better NFL GM than Thompson.

I actually have a lot of respect for what TT has done. However, I don't want to miss out on younger talent now. If Dorsey/Wolf are willing to wait it out - then maybe that will be OK. I cannot imagine TT extending his contract. I also believe there is some truth to the TT reluctance to improve through FA and the frustration that causes MM. Having said that, TT must ,look at the DC defense over the past several years and know that is not acceptable. 31st pass D in the league is on full display today.
