The Niners are not that much better but when you play like this.... they are.

Seriously. Could not have a worse half of football in the NFC Championship Game.

Really disappointed.

49ers are a lot better.  A potential off two ass whoopings in a roll will prove that.

The two teams in the Super Bowl are going to be starting Travis Kelce and George Kittle at tight end.

Brian Gutekunst, are you seeing this? I know that great tight ends that can block and take over the passing game don’t grow on trees. But go shake some branches in the offseason.

No, they are better. How much more do you need to see? We got punched in the mouth in the regular season game. We’re down 17-0 and the Niners are gashing us in the run game, about to go in for six.

There’s nothing wrong with admitting they are better. If we kid ourselves about how good we are, we won’t get where we want to get.

DeForest Buckner - 1st round, 7th pick

Nick Bosa - 1st round, 2nd pick

Armstead - 1st round, 17th pick

Dee Ford - 1st round, 23rd pick. (Acquired from the Chiefs for a 2nd round pick)

There's a reason their front four is good. They bottomed out and got a lot of high picks recently.

The 49ers have had years of high first round picks because they were so bad. Unfortunately, this is how the NFL works.

So have the Browns. And Jets. And Bucs.  And Bills. And Dolphins. And Cards. And Lions.  And so on.

Big deal.

This is why Seattle not finishing the job against SF in week 17 hurt so bad..changed the playoffs completely. This game would be in GB otherwise.

So a cold weather game is usually won in the trenches and by the running game.

We'd have less of chance in Green Bay with their running attack the way it is now.

I'm beginning to think that wouldn't have made a difference.

So, they have a good GM. Those other teams are laughably run (except for the Bills who also made the playoffs).
