What part of historically great defense confuses you?
Every team shit the bed in the red zone against the Seahawks.
Fire joe Barry now
@MichiganPacker posted:I mean, a high school QB could have completed that.
Green Bay completely outcoached and physically dominated.
An all too familiar theme in playoff games.
That pass wasnât remotely contested. Season ends with soft zone coverage. Fitting.

Start by cutting Cobb.
The last three years of late-season football at Lambeau = painful
THE PUCKERS did indeed CHOCK

No
Miss the old Joe Barry? Oh, there he is.
Nothing like 4th and 2 and the entire second level 4-6 yds deep

It certainly appears that is it for Rodgers.
It shoud be it for MLF too, but he'll hang around another 3-4 years of mediocrity.
Outplayed, outcoached and the Lions were the better team that appeared to want it more. Wholesale changes needed but likely only to see a few tweaks.
The Packers needed a conversion to keep the season alive and the Lions blitzed the house.
The Lions needed a conversion to end the game and Joe Barry called a prevent defense.

They just extended MLF, they aren't firing his ass any time soon.

Rodgers at 39 plays a lot like this dude did at 39 outdoors, in cold weather:

he should be Hacketted after this disaster, but its a long shot. Maybe we throw our name in the Harbaugh sweepstakes
Letâs count all the new stats 12 hasâĶâĶ..ah, losing to a team twice in one year.

Didnât.
Have a great off-season, all!
As usual, I really donât give a fuck about the rest of the season if the Packers arenât in it. Same âol feeling since 2010. On to better things, see you guys close to the draft. Take care.
I'm glad this season is over, it was terrible to watch. It was 80s like. The Packers made a big mistake not trading Rodgers to Denver. Seattle makes the playoffs and has the #3 pick in the draft. Winning 4 games to remain in playoff contention kept Love on the bench which hurts the Pack next season. Beside Rodgers, I want Savage out of GB next season as well.
Well, that didn't end well did it? Anyways so long Times 4 until the draft. It's been real.
@bdplant posted:He did get on the field with the chance to save the day. He threw it to the wrong teamâĶagain.
That wasn't why they lost. I guess he could have just thrown it away, but Watson was really the only option. It was 3rd and 10 and he threw it up for grabs. This wasn't Favre throwing interceptions on first down in playoff games.
The Lions blitzed the house, knew they could cover Cobb and Lazard straight up in man coverage, and they doubled Watson. MLF's scheme was predictable enough that an average college DC could have schemed against it.
Fickell to Green Bay!

Until MLF moves on, we are going to see a lot of this type of thing.
I really like Jamaal Williams.

The safety would have likely broken that up.

Last time I looked this was a regular season game against an 8-8 team

Lions and Eagles too will have a great draft position.
The decline of the Packers is here.
Mason Crosby missed what is likely his last kick as a Packer.
Rodgers' (like Favre before him) last pass as a Packer may have been an interception.
Hopefully Joe Barry's last play as a DC was a soft zone coverage on 4th and 2.

No. Iâm pissed.
Iâm pissed that our team is so fucking undisciplined and soft.
Iâm pissed that we have an idiot for a defensive coordinator, and a head coach that makes me wax nostalgically for Mike McCarthy.
Iâm pissed that our head coach doesnât have the balls to pull our diva quarterback aside and get in his face when he makes one hero ball throw after another.
Iâm pissed that,,collectively, our coaching staff is so inept that we wasted half a season with Amari Rodgers returning kicks when Keisan Nixon was on the same roster.
Iâm pissed that our management team did nothing to prepare for the possibility that Davante Adams might leave, and when he did, their answer was to sign a chronically injured, underachieving Sammy Watkins.
Iâm pissed because everyone on this board, though we may occasionally bicker, and disagree, are all diehard fans that stand by this team through good or bad, and deserve a hell of a lot better than what weâve gotten.
Lastly, Iâm pissed because I donât see any realistic chance that next year, or two years from now, or three years from now, will be any better. Our coaching staff hasnât demonstrated any ability to learn from their mistakes. They keep doing the same shit over and over again.
Yep, until Marty LePew leaves, this team will be in perpetual motion of hanging around 8-8. He has a proven track r3cord of making terrible calls during clutch games, hiring piss poor coaches to round up his staff, and sticking with them when itâs painfully obvious they suck. Hopefully the deer-in-headlights gets sacked, but probably not. Been fun with you guys ! Stay safe out there!!

It was a playoff game in that they win and they are in the postseason. Quite simply all but officially a playoff game.

It's equally as disappointing that the Lions won't be playing next week. They're easy to root for regardless of division rivalry.
LOL. They show the sledding hill as they sign off. Murphy just want orgasmic.

And that guy is taking his team to the playoffs next weekâĶâĶ..with Dak as his QB.
