That assumes there is a receiver who created separation (unlikely) or ran the correct route (even more unlikely) and is actually open to throw to.
How about designing some plays to get someone open. I know it’s a radical idea but why not
Rodgers under live game pressure looks shaky. And, why do we use so much time on offense to get a play started.
