Bullshit. Then there would NEVER be dual possession because all four feet would have to hit the ground simultaneously. It's not a completed catch until the play is over, not as soon as 2 feet hit the ground. I thought you had to control the ball all the way through the catch? He's wrong.
I don’t ever remember a duel possession play being discussed as to which player got their feet down first.
