Detroit is clearly a better team than the Packers, top to bottom and front office to coaching. First time in a while that they have had the all around advantage. Sad but true.

It was evident a year ago, but much of Packer fandom was in denial, some still are.

Maybe, just maybe, if the Lions steam roll the Pack on Thanksgiving for win #5 in a row in the series more fans will start wondering if perhaps it was not all the Bad Man in NY's fault.

This reminds me of the Packers' games in the 80s. They get trucked by a clearly superior team in the first half. Then, the opponent would coast in the second half and they'd cut the lead to a less embarrassing number. We'd all get excited that they were "almost there" and "just needed to make another play or two" to get over the hump. Unfortunately, the reality was those Packers teams just weren't that good.

I think that's true tonight, but I also think Love is better than the David Whitehurst, Randy Wright, Anthony Dilweg, and (of course) the Blair Kiel type QBs the Packers trotted out then.

The bigger problem is that they just aren't very good in the trenches.

This offensive line talent without Bakh and Jenkins looks terrible. Not just bad, but like worst in Packers history terrible.

The defensive line play is also terrible, but I think that's Joe Barry since there appears to be a decent degree of individual talent there.

Nice block on hutch , Walker blocking air

I think the fantasy that some 7th round pick was somehow going to be a competent LT after playing 4 snaps on special teams last year is over. It doesn't mean he will never contribute, but he looked completely lost out there tonight. The effort he gave on the sack on the last play of the first half should have gotten him benched.
