The Lions have scored 5 touchdowns this year against the Packers. They've converted 5 4th downs on 4 of those drives.
There's really no reason for Detroit to punt if it's 4th and 54 or less. It keeps working, so go for it until the Packers stop it.
The important thing is Alexander will be healthy for training camp.
