@Goldie posted:No shame about it……he stinks, I love the vibe Willis gives the team when he’s playing. Injury to ♥️?? nothing bad just like a hammy injury……
That you double down on wanting a Packer to get injured. Congrats.
Ok, an ingrown toe nail…..just get him outta there. Love has not progressed as he should have…..and I feel when Willis is in there he DOES give the Packers a better chance to win.
No he really doesn't
Awful Goldie.....just awful
Right, gotcha. Guessing the coaching staff doesn't share your sexual predilections or drug use habits. As a fan, I'm more than ok with that.
Garbage.
Feeling Willis gives GB a better chance than Love is not reality.
Willis is a nice guy to have as a backup QB. He's good enough to run a basic offense and his running ability is a nice wrinkle.
However, the difference between Love and Willis is enormous. Love is far from perfect, but when he has time, he makes throws that Willis can't dream of executing (and only about 8-10 other guys playing right now can).
There was a lot of pre-draft buzz about Willis and the rest of that draft class. He's got enormous upside. And hasn't sailed his throws.

Interesting. He also misses throws that everybody else can make. Often. Too often.
Lets list the QB's you would rather have on a 3 year deal over Love.
Daniels is debatable, and anyone after that is really debatable. This group of QB's isn't the same as the Manning, Elway, Brady, Favre days. The are just not as good.
Top @pff grades Vs. MIN

Offense
1. Romeo Doubs: 76.5 (Above Avg)
2. Jordan Love: 72.3 (Above Avg)
3. Josh Jacobs: 71.8 (Above Avg)
4. Zach Tom: 71.3 (Above Avg)
5. Elgton Jenkins: 71.3 (Above Avg)
Josh Jacobs fumble at MIN 41

Wicks miss near midfield
Settle for 22-yard FG
Reed drop on fourth down
Illegal formation penalty wipes out run to GB 46
12 men in huddle on 2nd-and-5 at GB 45
Illegal formation after catch to MIN 46
Amazing self sabotage from Packers offense.
But youth!
Wicks and Reed are in the Top 5 WRs for drop rate. Doubs is No. 11. Really hard to be a consistent, successful offense if you don't have clutch WRs or even average WR's in drop rate. For comparison, MVS has a lower drop rate than all 3.
But MVS sucks!!!! lol
I think Goldie has overindulged on the kind bud. Willis is a nice story but give teams a couple of weeks to scout and gameplan him and he’s cooked.

Jordan Love and CJ Stroud are both in the same boat: there’s a year of film on them and the majority of players around them aren’t performing as well, either. A bit of a “Sophomore Slump” is not uncommon and looks even worse when the supporting cast is injured or underperforming.

Better question asked after the Super Bowl.
Enough of these explanations coach. E effing nough. Do it, or shut up. Somebody post the mashup from A.P. Bio.

That's not what I'm saying. It will be interesting to see how next season goes without Murphy being here. How much of Gute's decisions were influenced by Murphy not staying in his lane? How much of MLF's? Team presidents need to stick to building snow castles and let the football people do their job. I didn't like the change in accountability structure the Murphy brought, so hopefully that changes with the new president.

Well I don't know how to embed, but here it is. Great show. Miss it.

Seriously the most gripping show in decades. Only 24 comes to mind. Give episode 1 twenty minutes and your hooked. The acting, the pacing, even the music is outstanding.

Click that icon and post the link in the pop up. Some YouTube videos, like those from the NFL YouTube channel, don't allow it. Most do.
Also, shout out to titmfatied for walking me through the exact same thing about 8 years ago. He's no ICya, but he's no slouch (tee'd up).
Just checked. It was 14 years ago.
My God. What have we done with our lives.
Brak, your last post made me have to check. Next season it will be 20yrs for me. How long has x4 been in existence?
Can't be sure. I lurked for a while after the JSO migration.
***EDIT*** Looks like early 2000.
25 years for me rather soon. What have we done, indeed.
I don't see that toolbar when I type a reply. Just a text box and add reply.
Yikes, 25 in February for me.
20 years for me as of the first of this month.
x4 has outlived many other bb/message boards that I have participated in over the years. That's gotta be worth something...
19 years in April. Crazy! I discovered x4 from a link on my cousin’s personal web site (pre Facebook).
I probably shouldn’t have clicked that link. 😆
