Pinkard was here in TC. Got injured if IIRC.
Sounds Ify
Not unusual this time of year as they are likely just updating their available players list.
FWIW Rodgers linked Pink during camp.
fwiw, I liked Pinkard during camp
A Whitewater QB not named Matt Blanchard?
While I don't think it's much more than a look see I hope they are looking at guys that can actually run.
Pinkard can run. Thought they'd try to re-sign him after injury settlement period expired.
From 2015 PS

Preparing insurance against injury. Abby, Davante, Cobb plus Monty could easily go down for the remainder.
Yes, but does AR have faith in them?
No, but Tolzein does.
Can't hurt - line them up
Yeah, this is interesting about the tryouts. My guess is that someone will be getting a new paycheck soon if this Thursday's game turns out as some of the previous debacles lately.
Pinkard or the Oakland guy might be possibles.
If they sign someone (a WR) to the 53 they have to move someone. So who?
Also, when they activate Quarless they have to move someone off the 53. Again, who?
That would be two players off the 53 who are there right now. Other than Monty no one seems to have an injury that could warrant IR and who on the 53 can they cut with hopes of re-signing to PS? And regardless of the re-sign to the PS hope, they have to consider the bottom half of the roster as it plays a big part in ST. So moves for a WR and to activate Quarless could have ST impact.
But hey... they have to do something, right?
I was wondering the same. I know these workouts are often times just teams performing due dilligence, but it doesn't seem that we hear about the Packers doing them often without an opening. Especially with a guy like Moore who has no PS eligibility and would have to be added to the 53.
Makes you think they might just be ready to pull the plug on Monty's 2015.
We only got the 1/4 monty.
Next on the 'next man up' list when you start running out of men.
I'd rather have a healthy Ty Montgomery, but aparently the Packer's doctors are all a bunch of pussies.

Yet oddly much slower than your average house cat.
More than kicking the tires?
Packers worked out two former Broncos today, RB Montee Ball and QB Zac Dysert, per source.

Schrodinger's Wide Receiver?
Our WR's aren't slow unless you time them.
@WesHod: Rookie RB Alonzo Harris, released by the #Packers yesterday, cleared waivers
Okay. There's a PS spot open.
Unless Harris was Eddie's video game partner and Taco Bell caterer, I'd sign him.
I guess Montee Ball is PS eligible under the adjusted rules, but I'd pass. Love the guy to death but he looked done from his last 2 seasons in DEN.
[EDIT: I posted this before seeing the report about Lacy and Harris busting curfew Weds night, referenced at
I thought Ball was horrible for the Broncos. Glad to see MM and TT shaking things up. The status quo doesn't cut it.
Eddie will be traded in the off-season if this story keeps going in this direction.
Eddie traded? Country Buffet will be ruined
One addition to the curfew story, Both @ByRyanWood and @Michael_Cohen13 report that Packers are likely done with Harris.

Abby, Ball who's next, Stave?
