Just keep pitching the way they did vs. the Cubs & Rockies.

Pitching & Defense wins championships....period!

If the Dodgers don't score, they're not going to beat the Crew

Exciting times for fans of the Brew Crew...I am sure you are electrified with the desire to watch your team advance to the WS for the first time in many moons.

I assure you, as a lifelong Giants fan, I am equally as electrified at the thought of the Crew sending the Dodgers and their bandwagon fans crying into the night at Chavez Latrine. For those of you who have been tormented by STL and Cubs fans, I assure you, they are nothing compared to the entitled d-bags in blue. A fan base who only bothers to show up in the 3rd inning and leave by the 6th, because when the Dodgers are winning "it's the thing to do, and place to be seen."

A victory for the Crew is a victory for good baseball, and good baseball fans!

As a Brewer fan, I feel confident going into this series - expect for one thing. If we get the Clayton Kershaw that pitched 2 hit baseball for 8 innings in his first playoff start, the margin for error is going to be very small.

I'd like to see Brewers vs Astros. Former AL team vs a former NL team. Bizarro World.

It still throws me off that the Brewers are in the NL and the Astros are in the AL.  I know it has been awhile since they shifted but it still is weird.

After all of these years of being perhaps being one of the biggest snakebitten teams in sports you would think once the baseball gods will give the Brewers a break.

I definitely don't feel like the Brewers have been snake bitten this year.  They've maximized their talent and maybe even overachieved at times.  They played a lot of really close games and won the majority of them.  Probably the biggest snakebite was losing a guy who was developing into ACE material in Jimmy Nelson late last year.

If they don't win the WS this year, I am probably not going to blame being snakebitten, I think it will be because these last 3 teams left other than the Crew are just awfully talented and that will be tough to overcome under any circumstances.

The way Counsell has used his bullpen could be a difference maker. Also, if he can keep getting production from the lower half of the batting order, I think the Brewers will be winners in this series. It's Kershaw vs Gonzalez in Game 1. GO CREW!!!
