Who wins?
Kershaw makes more than the entire Brewers pitching staff.

Thinking Destiny says this goes seven games.
F both those dbags.

Hopefully....she's not trending in that direction.
On the bright side....if they score here Manny is free game
Might as well just let them shoot their wad at this point. 3-1 vs. 10-1 doesn't make much difference.
At least they get to go back to Milwaukee....... and try to win there.

Who do we want to not be available for games 6 and 7? I'd vote for Jeffress at this point.

Excellent point. He'd probably aim high and tight and end up low and away.
Why do the network guys seem noticeably more excited?
And why does Kershaw walk on a pitch that was at least two inches closer to the plate than some of the calls he got during the game?

None of that means anything....gets some ****ing hits. That's what matters
On the bright side, the Bucks are up 14 in their opener and Giannis has 6, 10, and 7 after 17 minutes of game time.
DiVincezno 2-3 from 3 so far.
BS calls. Money makes the world go round. Like Sac Kings in game 6 vs. the Lakers.
Have they warned the Brewers bench yet?

It also makes the Arod/Smoltz types happy. They hate the Craig Counsell types - guys who were marginal from an athletic standpoint at the major league level, but lasted for years because of preparation and grit. They'll love that his managerial moves didn't work tonight.
Kind of rubbing it in to steal in that situation.
Not to admit defeat (yet) ...
But, if before the season started, if you were told all the Brewers needed to get to the World Series was to win 2 straight home games...you'd have jizzed yourselves, right?
Man just a bunch of little bleeders all over the place that found the right spot. That double by Bellinger was the first extra base hit in 2 games for the Dodgers. Turners homer and the machado homer only hard hit balls in 5 games
Crew have to get out of this funk. A return home will be some good medicine.
I'm guessing that if (and it's a big if at this point) the Brewers ever had a rally their tone would be different. Needed to win the second game , up 3 zip in the 7th, turning it over to the strength of the team....couldn't hold it.
This isn't over tho, lots to look forward to this weekend. Miley for one, he can come thru and the hitters have to break out sooner or later.
The announcers are not the problem.

I was just going to type the same thing.
2 home games - no Kershaw.

I agree the announcers are not the problem, they are just an annoyance. Good move by CC not to throw at Machado. Would have been pretty easy to bean him instead of giving him the IBB. That would have fired up the Dodgers (even though most of their own players probably think he's a douchebag anyway). Now, LA might be fairly complacent in Game 6.
Jeffress and Yelich - two of their top 5 guys this year (Cain, Hader, and Chacin) have really struggled in this series. They have two games to turn it around. You have to believe Yelich will not stay this cold forever, 3-19 with 4 walks and no extra base hits. He's not had an extra base hit in his last 7 games. I'd bet a lot that will change in Games 6-7.
Stealing third up 4 in the 8th? Really?

Good pitching beats good hitting.
One last try to get a rally going tonight for 2-3-4.
It sure would be nice to build some MO going back home!

I'm really not but stars have to perform when given the chance. Too may Ks, or lazy fly balls when we needed a base hit. I know pitchers have something to do with it but stars are supposed to overcome that. Top of the order just has not been doing that except in situations that are basically meaningless.
Maybe Counsel needs to shake things up. Bat Arcia leadoff, then Yelich, Cain, Shaw or Moose, Braun, Shaw or Moose, Aguilar, catcher, pitcher. It can't hurt.
Brewers down 3-2, and they blew two of the losses late. If they let the series go, itโll go down as a lost opportunity. Top of the lineup anemic in this series..
Not a factor in outcome but last run in the 9th warmed up a cold bat...
Wipe 'em out in Sconnie Brewers!
Give Manny the axe and make him cry.
Machado is a surname of Portuguese and Spanish origin meaning the word "axe" or "hatchet" dating back to approximately 2nd century Europe.
Kershaw's off speed stuff looks as if they were in the dirt in front of the plate and our batters still chased them. Aguilar looked like he was swinging at mosquitoes His bat was all over the place. Time for our batting coach to spend some time with our line up. He's got until game 6 to get things in order. Damn!
$2,000. But I wouldโve done it for $250
