strike 3 swinging!!!!!
It's do or die time. We pounded this guy once, we can do it again.
Still a chance. Not a great one, but still a chance.
If Kershaw gets into trouble, the Dodgers really don't have anyone to relieve him that would scare you.
Runners.
Need runners.
Woodruff earned his pay tonight.
INT. PURDUE 49 - Ohio St 20.
Purdue 48 Urbans 20. Purdue with 540 yds
Bucky still has to play Purdon't this year.... just an FYI.
But yeah, F O$U.
LET'S GO CREW!!!
Was Urban suspended for the Purdue game?

The "memory loss" he claimed contributed to his mishandling the abuse case may be a contributor?

Maybe some checks bounced
How about having double the payroll of the Brewers? That might contribute as well?
It was fun, gave it a good run, Dodgers are pretty good and it should be a good series although I will not be glued to it,
The Amys have left the building.
Good season, Good fun, Good run.
Thanks Brewers!
Other than Machado, there is no one I really dislike that much on the Dodgers.
So proud of my Crew.
Can't wait to see what the starting rotation will look like next year. Hoping Jimmie Nelson came come back and contribute, but even without him the Brewers have a lot of young arms waiting for their chance. And you know David Stearns is going to add a few new pieces as well. Hot stove league should be fun. Hell, I might even make a trip to Maryvale next February.
We're gonna win 100!
Great Job by all. Look forward to off season and next Spring.
This team was so much fun. Love this group.
Still, I’m devastated that they lost. Don’t want to dwell on anything else right now, like off season or who to sign or what others do. Just loved this team and really am broken that they aren’t moving forward.
It was a great ride, but this one still feels like they let it get away. There’s lots of reason for optimism though... most of these guys will be back.

First two Dodgers hitters were scheduled to be lefties.
Sure but then Roberts leaves Peterson in left and no way Joc runs down that RBI double that Yellich hit which would have scored Cain.

I'm not nearly as disappointed with this loss as I thought I would be. Yeah, it sucks that they lost last night but what a fun season this has been. I havn't been this excited about the Brews since they were in the WS and I can't wait until next season rolls around.
Great run. Hopefully the bullpenning concept will not be needed except for specific circumstances. I did not like seeing Hader coming in for middle innings. Dodgers must have felt a great wave of relief once he comes out. After watching Hader's fireballs, pitches coming from whoever goes in after him must look like watermelons to the batters. Overall really liked how Counsell managed the playoffs and with a stronger starting group they won't need to be doing this next season.

Love the Crew! We will also get Suter back for next season. I think Soria was underrated, this year. The only pitchers I had a bad feeling about when they came into the game were Cedeno and Jeffress. Cedeno just looked out of place. Jeffress looked, at times, to be a cross between Derek Turnbow and KRod. He had sizzling stuff followed by lack of control, in the dirt, stuff and always seemed to get behind in the count. The Crew also needs to get better on offense. We'd get a runner on base and could not advance him. We'd seem to get someone on base with 2 outs, leaving no way to move them with a bunt. How many runners did we leave on base over this series? I am hoping things get straightened out for next season. Kinda makes me want to go to training camp next April. The Brewers' new facilities should be up by then. Nice job, CC and Stearns! GO CREW!!!

I see this a lot. I have no problem with Puig because he shows emotion. Manny is a dirty player, Puig is just fired up. Reminds me of GoGo, who other fans seemed to hate too.
We would love Manny if he had chosen the Crew back a couple of months ago.
We are fans, that's what we do.
Mr Tundra pointed this out which showed up all season and hurt us in playoffs especially game 7, advancing runners when needed. Jesus left us afloat when Shaw doubled and failed to advance him with no outs. After he had a big night hitting to right in game 6 I hoped he would remember but clearly he didn't. Counsel and Coles need to educate and coach hitters to work the situation more or we are heading for another heartbreak.

just because a player wear the uniform, doesn't mean we love them.
I have zero desire to watch even an inning of this World Series. Couldn't care less about the #1 and #3 payrolls.

I wonder how we'd feel about Puig if the trade between him and Braun went through?

When Braun would get a single, it seemed the only way to move him from 1st to 2nd was for him to steal it. Same goes for Yelich. How many times did Yelich walk and then not get to advance in the NLDS and NLCS unless he stole 2nd base? There were a couple of base running mistakes Yelich made with Braun batting that should not have happened, either. Ist Base Coach Subero should have been Yelich's eyes on the two plays where Yelich hesitated to go to 2nd when Braun hit pop fly singles to right field. Yelich was a gunned down in both plays where he could have been in scoring position if he knew that the Braun hits were going to drop. Little things can add up.
Helluva season for the men in blue. I'm going to Miller Park next season when they play the SF Giants.
Well..... guess the networks & MLB got what they wanted Boston vs. LA
Enjoy that because anyone outside of Boston or LA doesn't give a ****

I lived in Boston for 5 years - at least their fans are really invested in the team. They're obnoxious, but they support that team win or lose.
LA fans? They show up late and leave early. I'm not even convinced their own fans care that much.
