Walden - Earned his payday
Jackson as a Receiver
Starks
Hawk
Raji
Woodson
Peprah
Jennings with clutch catches in the second half
Masthay...he's been pretty good this year in general I think, but he was clutch tonight.
and oh yeah, PLAYOFFS

-
Driver Fumble
Jackson as a Running Back
2nd quarter
WRs dropping passes
Dropped INTs
Bulaga...he's definitely hit his rookie wall.
Rodgers Interception
Interception not being overturned
Not using Starks as much as he should
Blatant Holding never called
Nancypants Sallies

Defensive rankings, like most stats, can be twisted/interpreted a variety of ways and have a tendency to be used to prove a point.

The Bears Defense is very good. The can keep teams out of the end zone, or just completely shut down another team's offense. But just like most teams, they can be beat and beat easily if they don't bring their "A" game. The same can be said for the Packers, Eagles, and every other team in the playoffs. There's just no consistently dominant team.
Hawk had a great game on defense, as did Raji, Woodson, Walden, and Tramon Williams. Special teams was huge, especially Masthay. I was disappointed in receivers dropping catchable passes, but Jennings came through with a couple of big plays. It was good to see Starks back in the lineup. Kuhn wasn't productive in the running game today, but the Bears were definitely keying in on him.
Yup. Gotta give credit to the Bears "D". These 2 teams just know each other too well.

+++ DOM dialing up the pressure on Cutler. WOW!!!
+++++ Erik "Barnes & Noble" Waldenbooks (Who is this guy!?!?!)
+++++++++++ KEVIN GREEN!!!!!

----- Bulaga. C'mon kid, gotta do better than that. Overcome your coaching!
----- MM. Some of the play calling was really head scratching.

WTF is that? Is my point not valid? I was actually defending the O to a certain extent.

I would guess (not having looked it up) that the Chicago D must be statistically the worst of the six NFC playoff teams, or else he wouldn't have made the comment.

+'s:

Masthay

-'s

1st and goal from the 1, and you can only get a FG? Worse, you lose four yards without committing a penalty?

What the F does it matter where they are ranked? They had most of the O plays buttoned down. The O's lack of production was not because of 18 penalties and tons of sloppy play. Anyone watching saw that the Bears' secondary was holding the WR's in check most of the game. Cripes.

I can't believe that warrants censoring. Wow.

Just a pet peeve. Nothing against you at all. No reason for Blueshound to quote your post when his is directly after yours.

Positives:
Capers & the D
Matthews is back. He looks healthy again.
Walden making the most of his opportunity.
Special Teams! Mastay and Tramon and Bush were the stars.
Starks showed some glimmers.
Playoffs baby. 0-0 Anything can happen.

Negatives:
WR's all made one relatively important bad play. There were also a lot of plays where Rodgers simply didn't have anywhere to throw the ball.
MM - please stop giving the ball to Brandon Jackson so often. Put him in on 3rd down and that's it.
Playcalling - 3rd and 2 bomb, goal line fail. Why not run more play action on the goal line?
We didn't solve the Cover 2 today.

But by the time I hit the "post now" button, I don't know where my post will actually publish in the thread. It could be directly after the post I'm responding to, or it could be several posts later.
