I'm going to stay of this.
Anyone know if the season ticket holder lottery has been done for the SB?
The lottery was done a couple weeks ago...
Thanks D Dog for the info
My son owns a ticket brokerage company in Florida. As of 30 minutes ago, the going rate begins at $2750 for ticket only. Wow.
I can add this. Free lodging at my grandpa in law's house. He lives next door to Too Tall Jones in Farmers Branch. You can have the upstairs, sleeps four with a bathroom.
I'm heading to green bay, best place to be for the game!
if you cannot find a ticket to the game, to be inside the stadium, they will be selling about 10,000 tickets to watch the game on the big screen on the outside of the stadium. tickets are $200.
Wow, only $200 to watch a game on TV?
Shouldn't be too hard to find 10,000 stupid people in Texas.

why would texans, want to be at a packers/steelers game? those stupid people will be packers and steelers fans who have moved to here from there or fans from the two teams who are coming here for the event.

what does post #1 have to do w/it?
I just saw a woman on the local fox news, dressed in packers gear. she was out shopping for more packers gear. she said she moved here from wis. her late husband was a big packers' fan so she seemed pretty excited the packers are in the SB.
I think inside tickets start at $600.
Up yours.

Ticket prices for this game should set records. Both teams have VAST, PASSIONATE legions of fans that are willing to travel distances to see their teams play.
I worked with a former Viking at a previous school who is trying to get me and my brother tickets. We shall see. He says each team gets 250 tickets and the current owner likes to give them away to family, friends, etc.

Vince,
I don't think you'll find tickets anywhere inside that stadium right now for less than $2,500. Stub Hub prices start at $2,565.

looks as though the area's sports bars may be full.
just heard on the local news that GPS does not have the correct info on directions to the stadium.

Is there any particular place you go for the game? We went to Green Bay for the last 2 Super Bowls.

Where's Tooner these days?
I can drive to the game, and I realize it will be a cash outlay, but it's on the bucket list. This thread has been a little dormant, but does anyone have some ideas on how to get two tickets? I was thinking in the 300 sections. Not nosebleed, yet I won't have to take out a second mortgage. I'm not sure what qualifies as a "reputable" broker, so I'm a bit nervous about getting screwed. No need for flights or hotels.
Anyway, if anyone has some suggestions or is in the same boat, I'm all ears.

I'm from green bay so we are just at moms house for the game.
Atticus- my son owns Dick's Tickets out of Tampa Florida. Used to own Ticket King across from Lambeau in Green Bay. His best friend still runs Ticket King. Either source is completely reliable. If you call Dick's, my son's name is Ryon. (he named it Dick's to keep it simple to remember!) He belongs to Better Businees Bureau in Tampa. Moved there to stay warm! He says cheapest ticket starts about $2750 for upper level. Only reason his rating is A- is that he hasn't been a BBB member long enough.
Anyone still looking for tickets?
We have 2 in Section 404 row 15.

Pm me, if you still have them AND are looking to sell for a reasonable price.
Stubhub now has quite a lot of tickets in the $1900 range. You'll have to duck every time an airplane goes over, but at least it's still in the stadium.
