Michigan has outscored them 56-17 in the second half of the last two games.
Ohio State is a team filled with future NFL players than plays soft. Reminds me of some NFL teams.
We will see how Jim Leonhard adjusts after this drive, but there are a lot of wide open guys running free in the secondary and open lanes for running.
Fleck is a pain in the ass, but Leonhard is getting his ass handed to him so far on this first drive.

No, but his scheme was beaten badly on that first drive. It wasn't necessarily the one on one matches that were the problem. It was guys running wide open and having running lanes big enough to drive a truck through.
Not a good start so far for Wisconsin. Defense has been awful and Mertz is being Mertz.

Defense steps up. Not sure why you run that play when you've gashed Wisconsin off-tackle and in the passing game all first quarter.
If anything the officials gave the Minnesota QB a very generous spot.

Fleck’s team came to Fresno in 2019, our worst team in many years, and needed a last second miracle to beat us. At games conclusion he runs out to midfield, sits on the Bulldog logo, and “rows the boat.”
It was at that moment I realized what an asswipe he was.
