I still think OSU pulls this out, but if Wisconsin would win this convincingly it would be Clemson, LSU, and Oklahoma locks for the playoffs and the committee would have to chose between 12-1 OSU and 11-2 Wisconsin. Georgia, Utah, and Baylor all lost. Basically, even if the Badgers would duplicate the first half and win 42-14 OSU still goes?

I agree on that point, but it is still counterintuitive to take a team that just lost their conference title game over the team that beat them that would end up right behind them in the standings.
If Wisconsin would hold on the final rankings would be
1. LSU
2. Clemson
3. Oklahoma
4. Ohio State
5. Baylor or Wisconsin (both Baylor losses were to Oklahoma).
