Fortunately, a well needed day off on Monday before opening a 2 game series at home vs Texas
I don't but that St. Louis is the divisions best team. Their BP is weak, and their hitting may be strong now but we'll see in August.
The Brewers' best baseball is still in front of them.

I agree with the idea that it's still relatively early in the baseball season, but if the Cardinals continue to get starting pitching like they have been they are easily the favorites to win the NL Central.
The same applies for Milwaukee. If their starting pitching doesn't improve they don't have a shot.

Got back last night at 9PM.
I thought for a minute Sat. that I made a wrong turn in Chicago and ended up in St Lou instead of Milwaukee. A ton of red Cardinal fans took over Miller Park this weekend. The Cub fans blend in with their blue/gray colors but the Card fans stick out like a sore thumb.
Entertaining game even though the Crew was on the short end. I have noticed that attendance is off on Sat for the 3 games I've been to this year.
I still stick to my prediction I made, that Cincy will still win the Division with the Crew battling the Cards for 2nd but NO playoff for the Crew this year.
I also will blame this weekends sweep on gay-gay-bongster and NOT on my head injury.

The Crew's supposed ace pitcher, Yovani, is now 1-10 lifetime against the Cards.
