We all have our moments. I try to be generous with kindness to any post after 11:00 PM or within 24 hours of a Packers loss. Sometimes you just have to blow off some steam. Definitely had a couple mornings over the years where I regretted hitting that post button...

My grandson Adam would say in his younger days everything would be alright if he could just go to the "Nugget Farm" for something to eat.  His words, he made it up.  So maybe we should all take a page from Adam's book and meet there for some nuggets.  Of course it wouldn't do anything for our health - but according to him, we would feel better.  So do we listen to the kid or the doctor?

It will be good to see this young team finally play at home - they showed out very well on the road, which has been a past concern under LaFleur.

The run game on both sides of the ball is very concerning.  On the offense side, part of it is moving parts on the OL and getting the rookie TE's up to speed with their technique.  Not having A. Jones in the backfield doesn't help.  But that will hopefully improve in the next few weeks.  On the defense side, the Packers are kind of stuck.  They don't have enough pluggers for a good rotation and Kenny Clark is being forced to play too many snaps.  Brooks and Wooden are great pass rusher types but cannot hold up at the point of attack.

Agreed.  The team that imposes their will in the run game is the team that will win this one.   The Packers will hopefully get something from Jones and a shuffled OL to get enough run game to open some play action to keep the defense honest.

As for the Packers defense, IMHO until they prove they can stop the run and play aggressive defense I think the defensive side of the ball will continue to be their achilles heal.   Its going to be a test this week for this defense with both this game and hopefully they aren't looking ahead to the Lions.

Friday practice:

@AndyHermanNFL: Not warming up with the team & with the rehab group:

David Bakhtiari
Elgton Jenkins
Zayne Anderson
Innis Gaines (p/s)
Luke Tenuta (IR)
Eric Stokes (PUP)

Watson and Jones warmed up & looked ready to practice. Both had helmets & went outdoors with the team.

Reminder we only have access to warmups on Fridays.

Update: Aaron Jones came right back in after going out. He’s currently stretching with a trainer while the team is practicing.

Pure guess. Thinking these 2 play on Sunday. Bakh does not, they wait until Thursday and a division game against DET. Then he gets extended time off until 10/09 against the Raiders
