I’ve been able to stomach the Lions and their fans because, for the longest time, they’ve been lovable losers, though they’ve all but worn out that good will. Lions fans have tasted just a little success, and it’s turned them all into obnoxious little twat waffles.

The Bears…I want to destroy them every time I see them, but with a past that includes the likes of Gale Sayers and Walter Payton….I can at least respect the history of their franchise.

But the Minnesota Vikings? Fuck them. The team, including every player that has ever worn a purple jersey, and everyone living in Minnesota that roots for these canker sores, can eat a bag of dicks. I hate them with a white hot passion. And I hope we wipe the floor with them.

Hmm 🤔

I wonder how "bad" the Packers need to beat the Vikings??

Vikings already have 13 wins....Packers are pretty much locked into #6 seed.

Of course I want to see the Packers win but at what cost?? Is it worth it to treat the game like a playoff game??

MLF is going to have to look at scenarios & figure out if it's worth killing yourself to maybe move up to #5 seed?

I still can't believe the Vikings haven't choked already. They were +900 to win the division this year. Even the Bears were less odds at +350.

The league is going to have to take a look at potentially re-seeding all teams but they'll probably just ignore this weird year.

NFC North is no joke this season. Let's see what happens come playoff tournament time.

Would you rather play at LA or at ATL/TB? Plus going into the Big Stapler and kicking their ass would send a message to the rest of the NFL.

F THE QUEENS!!!!

Spencer Rattler sat in a cooler to get used to being in Lambeau

To prepare for the Sandcrawler the Packers are going to have to hang out in a Wicks & Sticks and Buy Buy Baby!

Completely agree with what you're saying. It's philosophically extremely sound and logical. But we know deep down it's bullshit. Need this win big time to send a message, keep this train rolling, and keep MN out of the #1 seed and a bye.

One tiebreaker is that they beat us by 2 points. Beat them by at least 3, this time, and I'll be happy. It would really make me happy if we demoralized them. Let's rip the horseshoe out of their ass and give them a drubbing! We still gotta hack that damned gjallarhorn to say "GO PACK,GO!!" when it is activated.

Vikings are also very well coached and those coaches are getting maximum production out of their players.

Sunday will be Interesting. It's a game the Vikings really need....the Packers....not so much. A lot less pressure on the Packers in this one.

Doesn't seem like we will have Williams / Bullard and who knows with Alexander...going to be a tough task on the road vs Vikes receivers. With no Watson to threaten over the top, if we win this game we REALLY have something special going.

Win this game and root for the Lions next week for the slim, slim possibility of the Vikings coming to Lambeau for the NFC Championship Game.

Yeah, I know. The Vikings would fuck that up if the Packers held up their end.

They have good balance in their staff, O'Connell seems like the great play designer, positive, players coach....but Flores brings the aggression that you see with their defense (and having Harrison Smith doesn't hurt). That is what Haffley and his defensive staff has added for us, more "big hits" and swarming to the ball.

After 15 games the Packers currently have:

#4 ranked Offense

#8 ranked Defense

#3 ranked turnover differential (+12)

They're ahead of the Vikings in all 3 metrics.

Only behind them in the one metric that counts

"Vikings already have 13 wins....Packers are pretty much locked into #6 seed."

Not at all.    Vikes play us and then the Lions.   It's probable that they lose the last two.    We play Vikes and Bears, also probable that we win the last two.   Putting both teams at 4 losses.

Vikes losses would be to: Pack,  Lions, Lions, Rams

Pack loses would be to Vikes, Lions, Lions, Eagles

Tie Breaker order is:

1: Head to Head (Tie)
2: Conference (Tie)
3: Common games (Packers - we beat the Rams)

I honestly think the scenario looks good for the 5 seed.    Which I like, because I think that the Rams will their division and they are getting hot.  On the other hand, if both 5 and 6 win in the first round, 5 gets the Eagles and 6 get the Lions.  Id rather face a beat up Lions team than the Eagles.

Edit.  Tie breakers were wrong. updated.  It was damn fantasy football at espn. LOL

Seeding doesn't matter for this team. Packers have shit the bed bigly when we've had #1 seeds.

As long as we keep playing relatively mistake-free football, we have a better than 50% shot to win the rest of our games including the playoffs.

Defense is a balling out with a ton of key injuries...if the key pieces come back for the playoffs, D will be even better.

OL has been relatively injury free knock on wood...that is why the Packers are mashing people with RB. That's why all our RB look like Pro Bowlers.

10 is healthy, and has stopped throwing hero balls.

All of these factors are why the Packers are playing their best football at the right time of year.

You could honestly make an argument that Willis' throw right there was the best one of the entire night. His value cannot be stated enough.

I said earlier when someone suggested trading Willis (jokingly, I believe)

I really like having a competent backup QB. That will also keep Love on his toes & focused on playing well. Competition is good for everyone.

Packers have Malik under contract for next year as well. I wouldn’t trade him for nothing less than a first or second round pick. He hasn’t missed a beat this season and from all appearances is a great teammate.
