The Packer defensive outside pass rushers need to not go so far upfield when they rush. Too many times the ends or OLB get so far past the QB and the tackles get pushed inside there is a huge gap for Wilson or other QBs to run through.  Maintain your lanes better and Wilson will not have the running chances he got the last time these teams played.  If they can accomplish this Packers win.

**** it I have come full circle on this beeotch

Packers win wire to wire - 24-13

The D makes a huge statement early with a turnover for a TD (probably Tramon) and they hold Beast Mode to less than 75 yards.  Lacy goes bonkers for 125

I don't know why this game feels like the buildup to the game against Houston a few years ago when nobody gave the Packers a chance to win and Rodgers threw for like six touchdowns. Hopefully, the same thing happens this week. To quote MM, "we aren't' anybodys underdog". While all the talk is coming out of Seattle this week with Earl Thomas, Cliff Avril, and Richard Sherman, Packers are quiet as church mouse. Quiet before the storm. I Hope!!!

With the crowd in frenzy mode and the game about to start, Seattle sends it's mascot into it's ritual pregame flight only to be snatched out of the air by Julius Peppers who proceeds to bite it's head off Ozzy Osbourne style.  The camera zooms in on Peppers face and with blood and feathers spitting out of his mouth he calmly growls "Go Pack Go" The stunned crowd is silenced as he spikes the headless hawk corpse to the turf with a thud.

That moment sets the Packers intensity for the entire game.

Relaxed Packers 31

Headless Seahawks 17

1 pick 6 by Hayward,

1 field goal from Mason.

2 Rodgers touchdowns - 1 to Adams, 1 to Rodgers

1 lacy touchdown on the first possession

CenturyLink field is an acoustic wonder bowl full of skittle eating ****s.

Going to be a war. Pete Carroll has a very checkered past of big games when he's everyone's favorite. Being the sure thing is his personal kryptonite.

I try not to penetrate the other gap.

Speaking of that, it was entertaining hearing Mike Greenberg refer to Warren Sapp as a two gapping nose tackle. ESPN rocks.

The comment on the Packers offense was hinted as coming from the QB. Heard Wilde on the radio yesterday and the host (might have been the Homer show) said something to this effect. Wilde neither denied or confirmed that the QB might have said this off-the-air after his Tuesday radio show.

That's it for McCarthy, who was as loose and jovial as perhaps I've ever seen him.

Rodgers was very playful yesterday during his time at the podium.

R-E-L-A-X-E-D and Confident.

Remember when the Packers lost to the Broncos in the Super Bowl and Romo and a few others were saying "they were so damn tired of hearing how great the Packers were"?  That's how it feels this week about the Seahawks.  If you didn't know any better you'd swear they invented the game of football.

The Packers have the best player.  They have the best WR group.  Lacy may not be as good as Lynch but he's not far behind.  The Packers OL has played great, I think only 9 sacks the last 9 games.

The defense gets ragged on, and until the Bear game it was definitely justified.  But since they put Clay in the middle I think they're giving up around 315 yards/game, which would qualify for 4th or 5th in the league this season.

Packers D holds in red zone, forcing Seattle to kick field goals.  Packers win this.  24-16

I'll tell you what, ive felt this week the way the Packers seem to be feeling ....
We might get beat but I like our chances of getting a win.
Last week was gut wrenching waiting to play the Boys, I felt we were better and SHOULD win.
Contrary to MMs mantra, we are somebody's underdog this week .... Gonna be fun Sunday, expectations low for most and if we win it, I like our chances in the Big Show.
Rolling with House Money baby .... Go Pack Go !!!!!!

I remember prior to the Denver SB Favre talking to the media about throwing a TD pass left-handed. They really didn't appear to take the Broncos seriously and it showed on the field. Hopefully the hubris from the Seahawks will cause a similar fate Sunday.

For the regular season (all 16 games), Rodgers had a 65.6 comp % and 112.2 QB rtg. Since the calf injury ( 2+ games [TAM, DET, DAL] ) he has a 74.2 comp % and a 121.5 QB rtg.

Something tells me this game is destined to be another amazing chapter in the book, The Legacy of Aaron Rodgers.  The man is going to lead his team to victory in the venue where everyone thought it was impossible, and he'll do it on one good leg.  On defense, Peppers has another memorable game in his quest to hold the Lombardi.  On the Seahawks' final drive, Wilson hangs one up in the wind and it is intercepted.  Packers move on.

Packers - 28

Seahawks - 24

Totally forgot Mebane was on IR for Seattle.  That guy gave GB and Lang in particular all sorts of problems the first time around.

If the weather and wind are bad I expect a lot of RTFB for both teams.  Feed the big man and shut down the antisocial skittles crotch grabbing east bay funk Lynch and his bull****
