Got the details of how Yelich stole home? 

He walked, stole second, took third on the bad throw to second.  He stole home clean, he left for home on a lazy throw by the catcher back to the pitcher.  By the time they recovered, Yelich was safe.

Top of 8th. Crew 2-1, going to bottom of 8th.

After 8 Crew still up 2-1

Top of 9th, 2 outs guys on 2nd and 3rd, Perkins batting and he walks, Contreras up next, lets git-r-done

And, he flies out, to the bottom of the 9th we go. Hold on to this win guys.

Almost.  Fly ball to the warning track for 3rd out.

Single, stolen base and a another single ties it up 2 - 2.

2-2 in bottom of 9th, 2 outs we need this to get to OT to win

Tied after 9, Into overtime we go, as I have to sign off

Extras we go. Marlins got the tieing run of Megill.

It always seems like when you fail to capitalize on a situation like happened in the top of the 9th, it comes back to bite you.

Contreras will be the runner at 2nd. Yelich, Ortiz and Adames will bet.

Brewers fail to get the runners home and now Contreras is out of the game.

Stranded 5 guys in the 9th and 10th.

Tough loss.

Just a pathetic performance against a 15-31 team.

Why do we so often play down to inferior opponents?

1-6 spots in the lineup tonight 0-22 with 8 strikeouts. Yelich 2 for his last 13. 1 extra base hit in his last 30 at bats. Probably time for him to go back on the DL for another 3 weeks.

One night our pitching stinks against the Astros, the next, our hitting is utterly inept.

Yelich scored one of the two runs by walking, stealing second, going to third on the throwing error he induced by stealing second, and then stole home. His speed isn't affected, but, like you said, he has lost all his power because he can't generate the torque on his swing.

Well, that game sucked out loud.

Today's batting order: 

Gasser on the mound.   ESPN has the Brewers with a 59% win rate.

Really hoping Gasser gets his 3rd win in a row, and first 3 as a Brewers starting pitcher.

As he did in the 10th last night, Adames whiffs with a man on 3rd and one out.  Good guys got 1 in the first but could’ve been more if Willy makes a productive out.

Crew has a tough decision with him.  Great guy and great clubhouse guy but not productive enough for a huge contract.

Monesterio walks, Contreras doubles driving in Andruw.  Gasser throws 6 pitches in the 1st, getting a double play after a 1 out infield single.  1 - 0 Brewers after 1.

Crew gets a run in the 2nd but the Marlins get one also in the 2nd.   Brewers also had runners thrown out at the plate in both the 2nd and 3rd.  Gasser with a 5 pitch inning in the 3rd.  2 - 1 good guys.

WTF is Murphy doing sitting Tarang 2 straight days, just because FL is throwing lefties?  He's got the, arguably, best 2nd baseman in the league and he goes all cute with righty v lefty. Get your best goddam players out there! And, btw, send Courio down so he can learn MLB hitting and defense.

Monasterio has a walk, an infield single, a stolen base and 2 runs scored.  What more do you want?   Now 4 - 1 Brewers.

Crew ends the 4th still 4-1. ESPN Gamecast calling it an 84.9 win for us so far.

Big Storms moving into southern WI, Jackson and Trempealeau counties tornado warned.

Strong thunderstorms coming our way tonight. Hope you don't lose power Ammo.

Just a Tornado watch so far for my area just north of Madison, but I hear thunder rumblings in the distance.

Same here heading to the basement, just south of Stevens Point, Gassr limits damage to 1 run

So Turang replaces Monasterio and strikes out with a runner on base and pops up on the infield with a runner on 3rd and 1 out.  Sure, best player.

Yelich triples with 2 outs and 2 on. Brewers back in the lead 6 - 5.    In the 8th.

Now an Adames double scores Yelich. 7 - 5 Brew Crew.  Get some more  insurance runs.   

Megill redeems himself, gets the save. Brewers win 7 - 5.

So, was there any damage?

My parents were in the basement in Wild Rose and my in-laws were in their basement in Poynette.

Not so bad in Central Wi, some downed trees near Marshfield and Wausau mostly heavy rain, gusty winds and frequent lightning strikes. Thousands of people are without power.
