Not an emotional or drunken rant here... but holy crap, it's amazing how ****ty the MLB's in Green Bay are. Jones and Hawk are absolutely miserable out there. Year after year.

Hawk back peddling on Harvin with a 5 yard cushion defines him about as well as jumping on a pile after someone else made the play.

They have the worst two starting ILBs (3-4) in the league
how does one play MLB when the defensive linemen are being pushed 5 yards downfield?
Hawk made a nice tackle there for a small gain.

Our defense gave up 200+ yards of rushing. It was the front seven that is to blame. All of them. You could count the good plays from the front seven on one hand. Again, from all of them.
Matthews and Peppers were awful against the run too.

Seahawks ran inside and they ran outside. Just like the 49ers. We can't stop the run inside or outside. The WHOLE front seven is horrible against the run.

I have no clue what they were trying to do with this DL. They are scary thin and are small, and it showed. They got mauled. Guion was constantly getting pushed onto his back

That pretty much sums up where this team is right now. Can't play Jones anymore. His confidence is shot. He knows its going to take Seattle weeks to clean his stink off that field.

ILB is a huge problem. So is the DL. So is Capers inability to slow down the run game against a team with a mobile QB. 207 yards rushing for Seattle. But ILB play for GB is prime grade A ****.
If there's any good news for GB an ass kicking like this usually ends a season. MM has to make some hard ass decisions over the next 10 days.
How can anyone believe this D performance is not on the ILBs? The DL was below average, the OLBs were fine, the CBs were fine and 2/3 of our Safeties were fine, but the two most critical areas of this D were awful. The two ILB spots are the most critical positions on the field and our ILBs were nonexistent.
They weren't even non existent. Jones had two back breaking penalties. He would have had a better game if he just fell on the ground and assumed a fetal position.
**** I can't stand Hawk and Jones.
When the NT is on roller skates and the ILBs don't attack, there is no hope against a good running team. Hell, for the first 3 quarters, Mike Daniels was getting worked over too.
Just like in baseball you need to be strong up the middle and the Packers have one of the worst if not worst middle in the NFL.
