No Finley , no Cobb and a banged-up Jones certainly hurts the Red zone production

Cycling through 5 QBs  makes it a little tougher to score with a limited  playbook

Swapping the right side of the OL for the left and then losing the lynchpin, Bulaga, adds to the challenge as well.

And yet there they are in the top ten in both yards and scoring

Go Packers

I hate to be a biscuit eating son of a bitch, but I don't think we can hang with S.F.  Although, with a predicted high of 10-degrees Sunday, IF we can take advantage of the cold AND come out of the gates fast AND by very, very physical against S.F. and deflate them from the get go, well, we can dream, can't we?  :-)

Especially if we can milk the clock with Lacy and Starks and keep Colinoscopy on the sidelines, that would be sweet.  Screw the hurry-up offense!

One thing is for sure. MM is going to give Quarless every chance in the world to prove he's as good or better than Finley. Quarless wants a contract too.

High temps in San fran this week are in the 60s and 70s. Lows in the high to mid 40s. 10 degrees will not be a walk in the park for either team, but these are not the giants coming in from New York for the NFC championship game. This will be as much a shock to the Packers. It will be a struggle for both but the Packerar should be more mentally prepare for this.

I am not a prognosticator, but I think that AR has more proponsity to be accurate in these conditions. I am not even sure if Kapernick has played in anything close to these conditions. I give us a good shot.

These comments were interesting to me.

After Pro Football Focus gave Raji a +2.0 run defense grade in that game, he's failed to top +1.0 in any other game this season and has graded negatively in that area in all but one game over the second half of the season. The other standout in Green Bay's run defense from that game, Clay Matthews, won't be suiting up this week. With Matthews sidelined, Nick Perry and Andy Mulumba will likely split time at Matthews' outside linebacker spot. Needless to say, both players represent significant downgrades from the Packers' star outside linebacker.
