@Henry posted:Good thing the yappers were talking up the game as a battle between Brees and Brady.
Those two stiffs are done. They aren't even in Rodgers zip code anymore.
Bucs defense is legit and fast.
That's probably why they shouldn't have been talking up Brees and Brady.
I guess that the pundits have to talk about something but this age thing is getting βoldβ.
Not sure about Tommy but to my eyes Brees looks past his best by date.
There is so much chirping going on. Surprised havenβt been more flags.
MVS
STFU Arians
So... as good as both defenses have looked, they are still on pace to give up 26 points.
Packers should beat either of the teams.
And any team from the AFC.
And I should have married Elizabeth Hurley.

You'd have a better shot at Bobby Hurley.
Reid thinks that Mahomes could be ready next week. https://profootballtalk.nbcspo...l-see-where-it-goes/
βWind knocked out of himβ? Itβs not what I saw.

and ya know he IS retiring after this season right???
Yes ma'am
Great drive, Drew gets away with one on the TD throw
WTF does Ariens have strapped across his chest.... a defibrillator?
Dammit Jared
Good ballgame
They are going to tire each other out. What a shame.
Game changing fumble by Cook.
Fournette looks pretty damn good.
Let's hope for double overtime.
If the Succaneers get the lead the Saints are done.
Keep it tied...play another 5 or 6 quarters.
Brees is definitely a shadow of what he was even 3 years ago. He's getting by on guile and experience.
Brady's arm is better than Brees, but he doesn't have a gun anymore.
The question, whether it's Brees or Brady, will be whether Pettine's will just keep allowing the dink and dunk stuff which is what both QBs are best at, or change it up.
Pettine's scheme is a really good fit against Josh Allen and as good as any scheme is going to be against Mahomes. It's not a great fit against Brees. Arians wants a vertical passing game, but Brady is better at the short stuff at this point, too.
Brees arm looks like a high school QB. Imagine him in the cold of Lambeau

Thatβs why I would rather we faced Brees at home.
Either one needs to be made uncomfortable in the pocket. The hallowed ground, tho not frozen hurts in January.
Brady has gotten better at the longer throws. And their receivers have been coming on as of late.
That was a heck of a catch by former Goopher, Johnson.
Brees and Brady are going to play until they're carted off as both want to end up with the passing TD record.
Underthrown?
Both of these teams will pose challenges for us.
It's about Gronk time

Kamara scares me the most, and that KR could do some damage
Bring on Tampa...

Devon White scares me.
It would have been nice to play against Brees

That last interception was a miscommunication, but Winston probably gives the Saints a better chance to come from behind. But there is no way Brees gets taken out (think Favre with MM in the 2008 NFC Title Game).
