Rams also exploiting the Vikings defense with TEs.

As soon as Jones fumbles. I'm behind, maybe he already has. But he will.
Heck of a punt!
Nice punt!
Stafford has historically been a horrible QB with a big leads. I expect this game to tighten up.
If Philly plays next Sunday the way they played yesterday, Rams will roll them just like they are rolling the Yikes tonight.
Rams havenβt rolled anyone yet. Lot of game left.
Why can't these DBs understand contact--any contact--is not necessary when a QB slides?
Nice run by Darnold, then the ππ with the 15 yard penalty on top of that.
I withdraw π‘οΈ of π‘οΈπ‘οΈπ‘οΈ.
Flag on Kinchens for grazing Darnold's helmet. Stupid move by Kinchens, when the refs are looking for that.

Yes he was, but not the requisite RAS #s to play in Green Bay.
There's sack #7
Nice sack!
At the right time, too.
SACK!!!! FISK!!

Ah,
Darnold just canβt pull the trigger.
Darnold done in MN
Darnold has taken more hits in the last two weeks than he had in the first 17 games combined.
Fuggin' refs.
It was the right call, but it was like they had to be prompted to make it.
Just has a bad taste.
And suddenly we have a flag fest.
And now they are paying the price for exposing the refs...

Hafley was reluctant to leave Jefferson in single coverage. If Jaire would have been available, he'd have been more comfortable blitzing more. But I think he rushed 5 a lot against the Vikings and they just didn't get home.

You must be watching a different game than I am. Or are you a closet Viking fan?
Matt Stafford, Nakua, Kupp, and Hockenson
are a lot better than
Love, whoever the Packers ran out there at WR, and Kraft (although Kraft is good).
Run the ball, use the clock, and punt.
Maybe even take a delay penalty before the punt.
Plus Higbeeπ«’
Hate to say it, but Nucua is a 23 year old, 2nd year player.
Like some other WRs I know...

A lot of teams missed on him, but he was the last player drafted in the 5th round in 2023. The Packers drafted Reed in the 2nd round and Wicks 18 picks before Nacua.
It's 4th down, ref!
O'Connell's current strategy seems to be to make sure the score looks respectable at the end. They keep running the ball down 3 scores.
SACK!!!
And there's the 8th sack.
INCOMPLETE!!!
Oooo, incomplete. Bounced off the turf.
Remember when LA going all in in 2021 by trading draft picks for Stafford, Von Miller, Jalen Ramsey, etc. was seen as a negative by some Packer fans who were absolutely certain that the Rams were on the road to ruination?
Poor Rams fans may have that 2021 Super Bowl win and another playoff game to look forward to next weekend but think of how jealous they were watching the Packers draft Eric Stokes, Quay Walker, Devonte Wyatt, and Lukas Van Ness.
NICE PASS! TURNOVER ON DOWNS!
So the Vikings spent part of the last drive handing the ball off and running clock down 3 scores - basically giving up. And now they use their timeouts down 3 scores with 3 minutes left?
O'Connell must really want the Rams defense to set a playoff team sack record.

The Rams cratered for one year and are already back ahead of the Packers 3 years later.
The caveat to that is that Matt Stafford is a lot better than Jordan Love.
