I think they keep Raji, Pickett, Worthy, Daniels, Wilson, Muir and Merling. When Neal is off suspension, I assume they drop the worst of Wilson, Muir and Merling through 4 games.
I would not be surprised if Neal gets released after his suspension... he may only be the 7th guy if one of the 7 you listed gets hurt. IMO, Wilson and Muir have showed enough to stick regardless of Neal's suspension, so maybe Merling is the odd man out.
My guess- Merling gets an extended tryout, and gets dumped when Neal returns
