Those were two of the best-most accurate-in stride passes I have ever watched.
Anyway, I'm surprised that there wasn't more criticism of that because it was not smart. The problem was if Denver scored the td which it looked like they were going to , we would have got the ball back with like 20 seconds left. They could have called a timeout with 50 seconds left and conserved that time. Basically, if Denver scored the td there would have been no hope for a win because there would have been no time left.
Favre's numbers were amazing - 21 of 27 for 331 yards and 2 TDs. Both kid receivers and Grant went over 100 yards.
Would've liked to see the D step up and stop the Broncos, but all's well that ends well. This will make having to get up in about 5 hours a heck of a lot easier.

I hope Weasel Bedard finds something to jab Favre with tomorrow for his next invented headline.
As TERRRIBLE as Bigby played, one game does not mean he's to get benched or sucks, etc.
He's been a solid young safety all year.
I am confident MM will get him motivated to have a big game next week.
Atari is much better then what he showed.

Harris was the weaker man in the secondary tonight. Bigby got victimized by the refs on more than one occasion.

Agreed, not all those penalties were on him either... they really called a ticky/tack game.
D had some troubles tonight but once again they are holding the opposition to VERY little points. Not to mention Denver got a TON of yardage on penalties. Sloppy game, as has been the case most of the season. Sloppy 2nd half, but an exciting finish.

something has to be done about the officiating. they were bad again, way too many penalties called. the packers had 13 but denver had 9 themselves.

I agree. They have yet to play really well on D and have their offense pass AND run. Second half of the season could/should be really, really interesting!
