Regarding 2013...the guy hasn't played football for two years. I don't see him being a savior this season, but who knows.

IDK, Sherrod has been to hell and back with that broken leg. If 100% he might really help. They have to decide to activate, IR him or cut him this Tuesday I believe. They won't cut him so, we'll see.

Sherrod is on the 53 man roster and he was not listed as inactive today, so he could have played.  I thought MM may have him play a few snaps today but I guess not.  So we really only had 52 actives today, not that it would have mattered.

 

I thought the same exact thing. I honestly though this was the year the defense was going to return to 2010 form. Lacy has surpassed my expectations, but most of the other facets of the team have fallen well short. Outside of a healthy Clay Matthews (maybe Sam Shields, too), Aaron Rodgers is this team's best defensive player.
