NFCC at Green Bay. HELL YES.
MLF - Really REALLY nicely called game. Vs a team with that kind of pass rush, you have to stick with the run and he did. The play to get Adams TD was well designed
OL - My goodness they played as well as you can possibly hoped for. Zero sacks, relatively little pressure, and did a solid job run blocking. The OL play has really been the unsung unit of the entire season. Let's keep it up.
Jones/Williams/Dillon - Ran with authority, few, if any, negative yardage plays. Yeah, the OL played great, but Jones especially really ran tough as hell.
DL - When they played 4+ man rush they did really well.
Minus
ST - it's an easy thing to bitch about and it sounds old and like armchair dorks on the internet, but my gosh, that entire unit is a tirefire. Cannot return the kicks at all, anything less than a huge return is met with a sigh of relief, and now god knows what's up with Crosby - from my "I stayed at Holiday Inn Express" analysis, he was holding it like a busted collarbone?
The Defensive Scheme - Yeah, the "force the opponent to not make any mistakes or penalties for 10+ plays" can work, especially against bad QBs, but good lord it's stressful to watch. The 3 man rush is just not working. Maybe hold off on that until you're ready to play prevent D with 6 left in the 4th up 18?
