Sorry, no it's not.

I don't know MC well enough, but I actually thought he was being sarcastic...

but, what do I know is that too many people on here are too sensitive and ready to fight over any perceived difference of opinion.

Disagree.

Thomas,

"Man. It's been that way for eight years. You want to put it on us then put it on us. It isn't new"

And so it starts in Seattle. ET just called out the other side of the ball in Seattle.

I think that by game 7 there could be open sores and serious feuding going on near the Space Needle...

With which part?

This is the 1 thing NFL.com noted from the game yesterday.

Β» The Packers offensive line needs some help. Aaron Rodgers was stepped on, tweaked, bumped or hit in a way that caused some minor discomfort.

Not that the Packers D held SEA to 9 points. Based on that NFL observation you'd think that Packers had lost.

New RG starting next to a guy that might be a better G than RT. Against the best defensive front 7 in the NFL. Agreed they held up about as well as we could have hoped for. Bulaga should be back soon.

Rodgers sacked 4 times. Wilson only sacked once. Not remotely close to what actually went down yesterday.

The Packers sacked Wilson 3 times for 23 yards.

all 3 included Perry and Daniels, including Daniels' strip-sack at Seattles own 6 yard line.

Here is a major plus that none of us thought possible during the first couple preseason games.

We have better T depth than we did last year.   Murphy in year 2 is better than Spriggs year 1 or the Turnstile known as Don Barclay.    Yes, interior depth is obviously a concern with Tretter in Cle, but Tackle is improved and is more important.

Considering all of the circumstances I thought Murphy did just fine.

Agreed. The Seattle front 4 is both talented and deep.

I kept expecting Murphy to get beat like Spriggs did several times in the preseason and it never happened. Maybe they gave him a lot of help, but Murphy's presence was hardly noticeable yesterday and that is a good thing.

Tweedle Dee/Dum were talking about this during the game- when you have to pay the D as much as they do, you have to sacrifice money to other areas.

Not sure I buy that... and I'd say that SEA might want to look at their draft history before they blame the big bad cap.

GB's OL will take a beating again this week, but the plus side is that they probably won't face any more aggressive DL's like Seattle and Atlanta until the playoffs. Those groups go for broke every down, they either give up big plays or make big plays (generally it's the latter). Bulaga will make a big difference for the protection and for Evans, he's the best RT in the NFL. Credit to Murphy for stepping up against Avril, Bennett, Clark, etc. and not embarrassing himself. Cliff Avril and Michael Bennett have made better Tackles than him look more foolish.

Fackrell recovered a fumble.

Didn't see TJ Watt do that yesterday

Fackrell used great technique, stay as far away from the QB as possible and maybe Mike ****ing Daniels will slap the ball your way.

I'm not going to pretend that I know what his assignment was on that play, but he was lined up over the center on the snap.   Hardly a typical place you'd expect Fackrell to get pressure from, and he seemed to play it pretty straight forward.  I think his job was to spy and keep Wilson from stepping up and escaping up the middle of the field.

Think it was Bishop that recovered the fumble in the SB. Zombo had the key sack that forced a longer FG attempt that was missed. Big moment in the game.

Actually in the SB play mentioned Matthews and Pickett forced the fumble and Bihop recovers it for GB.  I watch this play whenever I get mad at the Packers and it puts me in a better mood

They could've had Tretter for comparative pocket change.

Desperation.

They've drafted some interior guys high of late but they haven't tabbed an actual tackle since Justin Britt, who is their starting center right now. Odhiambo, Ifedi, Pocic were all projected interior guys. It didn't help they lost their starting LT in preseason, but he was a Breno-type to begin with. I'm thinking part of the issue is drafting for the ZBS crap  because they're tabbing the same type of ZBS project busts TT did back with Moll, Barbre, Junius, Breno and the like. Cable's a good coach, but it's more chicken salad out of chicken schit. Get him just plain solid prospects and he'll work wonders and adapt to them.
