+  Damn near everything today

-  This years game threads.  The defense could have done a better job today but for f*** sakes, gotta give Barclay and the bears some credit too.  Barclay is for real and the Bears will be a legitimate team next year.  That 4th quarter comeback was all about Barclay making great reads and excellent throws.   Our defense wasn't tackling well and we were getting no pressure but god damn it the other team gets paid too.  Everything isn't always our fault when the other team plays well.

Matthews as a negative???  WTF the dude has a separated shoulder what do you expect from him?

I just don't understand how some people can't be happy to watch an amazing game played in 10 degree weather with the oldest rivalry in football with an incredibly exciting finish.  I guess if every game isn't a blowout win then the packers have to clean house and get rid of that shi*y GM and his shi*ty draft pics and his shi*ty coaches.

Not sure if Clay is done, but he is hurt and has not played well ever when hurt.

And the talent on the defensive side of the ball is fine.

They had an interview with Clay in the pre-game broadcast.  He pretty much admitted his shoulder needs surgery in the offseason.   So all he can do is gut it out.  Hopefully he heals enough to become functional again.

Also, kudos to Aaron for gutting it out too!

Clay is done.  Didn't see him get ANY pressure today.  Their pass rush is weak and needs to improve or a good QB is going to put up a lot more points than Barkley did.  I'm hoping the defense is more like last week and this week is just a minor detour.

Clay shouldn't be playing. Neither should Dom. Clay will be back. Dom should be fired.

You don't get frustrated when the Packers give up a 17-point lead lickety-split?

Of course I do.  I just don't post every negative thought I have. I don't just sit there with my fingers on the keyboard waiting for something negative to post.

TBH I get the negativity when 4th quarters like this one come around but this year it's just overkill IMHO.  We are so Fn spoiled as Packer fans,  I guess I just try to appreciate that and all of Joy that Packers organization has given me over the better part of my lifetime.

Good

Montgomery almost full throttle and getting better and better

Jordy feeling the force

Rodgers: lots of guts and lots of glory

Cook starting to pay dividends

Fox chooses the FG to tie

Peppers big sack to get momentum

Bad

Some poor tackling and missed tackles

Adams drops: the first TD miss might have been sunshine

Why was Montgomery returning kicks

Cobb MIA?

Was on the road & had to listen to the game. We almost had to pin the loss on Wayne Larrivee, who pulled out "and there is your dagger" on the TD to make it 27-10 Question for those who watched the game. Larry & Wayne commented that when we got the lead we went to "soft" coverage which really got the Bears going, any comments on their observation?

+ Swept the Bears.

Only NFC North team to win in week 15.

After losing 4 in a row, winning 4 in a row.

94-94-6 finally tied them after the Bears having the lead on us Since September 24th 1933.

Packers now control their own density. Win out and a division title/playoff berth is there.

Monty's great day.

Aaron breaking the hearts of the Bears yet again at Soldier Field.

Bears throwing it all out to beat us and we had the resolve to get the win.

This team is peaking at the right time.

_

Can't really think of anything  negative after such an epic win.

Positives: Jordy! Ty Montgomery, Michael, both Martinez and Fackrell coming back from injuries; John Fox deciding to try a FG instead of going for a TD near the goal line. Both the vikings and Lions lost today!

Negatives: ARods lack of mobility; Adams dropping TD passes; Capers soft prevent defense in the second half, Clay being injured.

I am hoping the Packers can find their killer instinct and take care of business the next two weeks! RUN THE TABLE!

Monty.  Please keep him at the RB position.  And let him get some screens.  Tremendous effort.  One of those guys who always give it everything.

Cook.  He'd better turn in more of these before we're done to justify the money to bring him back, though.  I expected today's performance much much earlier.

ARod.  Well, you know.

Jordy.  Dude!

OL.  Kicking ass and taking names!

Jake Ryan knocking the Bears sticker off a player's helmet!  In about 60 years of watching the Pack, I've NEVER seen that one before!

-

Dom's Break-our-back defense.  Enough!

Highways 23/24

Not having 11th man (Guion) on the field in the 4th quarter with Bears practically on the goal line.  How about holding someone accountable, coach?

As for Clay, I sure hope with surgery he can come back.  But right now he's essentially a decoy and I think it would be best to leave him on the bench rather than risk further damage.

Thank you!

LOL.  Big plus for MM.  Lots of posts the last couple of weeks about how stupid he is.  How stubborn he is.  How slow he is.  How this, how that.

Here's a big **** you to all the MM haters out there.  You can't stomach the fact that tomorrow morning you'll be on the way to a job you hate.  But you know more about football than Mike McCarthy.

***pissuparope***

Jordy running by the coverage for 60 yards. He looked really fast on that pattern. He's back.

Rodgers running 60 yards as fast as he could while motioning EVERYONE to get back on the ****ing sideline because he knew he needed the same 11 on the field just long enough to get everyone set to spike it with 3 seconds left.

Just two Pro's being all world with everything on the line.

While I slightly agree on Barkley (he also threw some horrible balls), I gotta call bs on this one.   Their WR's (all 2nd and 3rd string guys but Jeffery) were not just catching balls, they were WIDE open on a lot of those plays.  I'm sure they also get paid but you have to be able to stop that motley bunch.

Rest of the post has a good point.

Very good point. If Aarons calf was bugging him enough he might have barely made it back to the LOS in time. He knew he needed every second. To the wire !
