As long as COVID is running around out there it makes sense to have a kicker on the P/S. For all teams. You’ve got 16 slots now, why not?

Add to that Crosby’s injury, and that this is possibly his last year.  Why not keep a capable back-up in the organization as long as you can get away with it at minimal opportunity cost?

Yeah, I have no problem with a kicker on the PS. They had Molson there I think all of last year or close to it.

With the COVID, keeping a kicker around makes sense.
