The fact of the matter is that Seattle and SF are very good teams. I think the same could be said for Atlanta and Green Bay.

Then there are some dark horse teams like New Orleans and the Giants and maybe the Bears and Redskins that could do some damage. Heck, even perennial loser or disappointing teams like the Rams and Eagles and Bucs and Cowboys are improved.

The NFC is loaded this year
Running game will be better this year. Lacy / Franklin / Harris beats Benson/ Starks / Saine (wk 1 last year). Bulaga has to work at LT. I'm not comfortable with EDS at C but someone has to beat him out of his job and I get the sense he's not going to let that happen. I'd love to see Bakhtiari win the start at RT.

Defense just needs to stay healthy. Big camp's coming up for Manning, Moses, Richardson, Perry, House, and McMillian.
