IMO, if the Pack are the 1 seed and Seattle is the 5 seed, I'd feel real good about the Pack movin on .... because there would be a real reason how those seeds came to be.

The fact of the matter is that Seattle and SF are very good teams. I think the same could be said for Atlanta and Green Bay.
Then there are some dark horse teams like New Orleans and the Giants and maybe the Bears and Redskins that could do some damage. Heck, even perennial loser or disappointing teams like the Rams and Eagles and Bucs and Cowboys are improved.

No other QB in the NFL makes that throw. As long as he's healthy GB can win a SB. If the team stays healthy, those odds go up considerably.
Balance to that passing game? More development and addition in the defense?
Running game will be better this year. Lacy / Franklin / Harris beats Benson/ Starks / Saine (wk 1 last year). Bulaga has to work at LT. I'm not comfortable with EDS at C but someone has to beat him out of his job and I get the sense he's not going to let that happen. I'd love to see Bakhtiari win the start at RT.
Defense just needs to stay healthy. Big camp's coming up for Manning, Moses, Richardson, Perry, House, and McMillian.

SF is good... real good. I think we should get used to that. Along with Seattle to a lesser extent, SF is going to be our main hurdle at winning SB's in the next few years.
I wouldn't sleep on teams like the Giants & Redskins & Saints.
But as we type right now, today, SF is probably the best NFC team until someone knocks them off the perch.

SF is the team to beat but a lot of it hinges on Kaepernick. If he slumps then I think the NFC is there for the taking. Seattle is real good too but how can you really believe in a Pete Carroll coached team? Atlanta should be legit but that D is not.

My prediction: with an off-season to game plan for Kaepernick, he'll be pushed into a sophomore slump. I look for Dom with his new personnel to show the rest of the league how to do it in week one.

Tough division and I don't see any true bottom feeders, but I think everyone is sleeping on The Pack a bit-wouldn't surprise me if they hoisted Lombardi this year. The Bears are 2nd and I will prob pick them as a Wild Card team. The Lions and Vikes are very close.
Too early to really predict before preseason even starts. My guess, at this time, with the right to change prediction later on, is Packers win 13 and lose 3. And get to the super bowl.
