@AdamSchefter: Tests confirmed that Packers’ OL Elgton Jenkins suffered a season-ending torn ACL during Sunday’s loss to the Vikings, per source.

This will likely have ramifications well into next year….
That really really really really really really sucks. My heart goes out to EJ.
How much freaking more can this team possibly endure? That’s five All Pro/Pro Bowlers out.
By game 17, we’ll have to start pulling people out of the stands.

Glad bahk sat it out with this and the Savage stumble. Vikes turf is as bad as Soldier Fueld always was
Fat lady is warming up. Guys need to start coming back.
What position does she play?

What is the solution in Northern climates? I fucking hate AstroTurf …cost me 2 acl’s.
Solution? Don't be a bunch of pussies.
It was an especially nice touch to have fake snow for intros.

Well, they could play outdoors the way God intended.
When the Almighty, Bart and Saint Vince sit down on Sundays to watch the Packers, they don’t have to peer through a roof to do so.

Nice pun!
Sandcrawler and Jerry World. where NFL players go to shorten their careers!
I like fake smow

Doesn’t matter, beef would still hit it (sorry newbs).
Well, if you are a fan of natural grass let’s not forget that shit field at Soldiers Park in Chicago.
Most places now use sport turf which isn’t as sticky or hard as traditional AstroTurf.
The problem is bigger, stronger, faster athletes.
NFL = not for long if health and safety is important to you.
Don't the Cardinals have a field that they can roll out on a track to get sun during the non-playing days?
Matt LaFleur says "I think" David Bakhtiari will play this year. Asked him if there's a plan for his return: "There's certainly a plan, but not everything goes according to plan. He won't be out there this week."

Asked Matt LaFleur if there's any thought to changing kickers this week: "Absolutely not."

LaFleur reiterates misses do not fall only on Mason Crosby: "Our operation has got to improve, and that's from the snap to the hold to the kick."
LaFleur did say he believes they will get David Bakhtiari back eventually but it won't be this week.

They will reassess after the bye. https://t.co/wDe6b8OdPt
What's the timetable on Myers?

Wake at 7, internment tomorrow at noon
Bahk went from practicing and being a game time decision to now being ruled out on Monday's. Not good, there must have been a setback.
We are down:
- 3 top OLB's (1 Pro Bowler)
- Top CB (Pro Bowler)
- Top RB (Pro Bowler)
- 2 Top Offensive Line ( 2 Pro Bowlers)
- Starting Center
- #3 Wide Reciever
- Starting TE (Led NFL in TD's by TE's)
5 fucking pro bowl players. 8 starters... Why have the football gods forsaken us? RAT FAAARTS!!
Yes the injuries suck, but no one is going to feel sorry for them.
Who knows, maybe the Packers can channel the ATL Braves. They didn’t have their best player for the postseason (Acuna) and lost their 2nd best pitcher in the playoffs.
Collinsworth and Michaels certainly reminded everyone about the Steelers' injuries last night.

this is exactly why we need to stop testing

The jealousy of everything Packers and Lambeau Field runs deep with the purple pukes

....to the STs coach, to the head coach...
Don't really expect the Packers to make a change mid-season at kicker. That said, there's a reason Molson has been protected every week (next year).
I'd say the reason is COVID as much as anything. Last thing you need is your kicker getting the rona on a Friday and no solid plan B.
Love the nostalgia of mud games, so I'd like to see natural fields return.
I can recall as recently as the Favre era the grass in the middle of the field being replaced for playoff games. It was mostly dirt painted green in Nov. and Dec.
But technology rules the day I suppose. Here is some recent history of the
Lambeau Field turf.
There are several different types of real and artificial fields used around the league: NFL stadiums by grass type
#Packers All-Pro LT David Bakhtiari had arthroscopic surgery recently to clean up the knee that was reconstructed back in January, sources tell me and @mikegarafolo. Bakhtiari won’t practice or play again this week, but there’s optimism he’ll be back for the stretch run.

What if any are the Ram's weak spots on defense that we can exploit?

Could just as easily happen with the punter. Think he's being protected because the organization really likes him and sees him as the successor to Mason.

He's not coming back this year. Looks like the Yosh Nijman/Marcedes Lewis show from here on out.
Hope E J is a faster recovery
6 weeks earlier then Bahk. With any luck maybe he won't even need to go on the PUP list. But this is the Packers medical/coaching staff.
